We had an amazing stay! The backyard was incredible and peaceful, a place you wanted to sit and really enjoy in the private tropical paradise. The furniture and beds were really comfortable, just and overall relaxing environment with beautiful windows. We would definitely love to stay again. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We were grateful for all the little touches.

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Everything was nice! Communication from the hosts were great. 10/10 highly recommended! The kids really enjoyed the pool!

Russell was a great communicator, he even sent me a list of places to go and things to do as soon as I booked the Airbnb which helped in my planning. It’s a great location if you are looking to stay in south beach / Miami Beach area. 20 minutes from the airport. We Uber’d or walked everywhere and Uber’s averaged $7-10 per trip which was great since parking in Miami is hard to find or expensive. Russell’s place had everything we needed like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The balcony was peaceful and flow to high ceiling windows were so cute. Beds were the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve slept in. Highly recommend.

A beautiful sanctuary in a lovely neighborhood!

Simply amazing, the smell of jasmine from her tree in the morning by the pool with a cup of coffee was awesome. Judy was absolutely wonderful. he place was clean and the kids loved her pool.

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

Very beautiful home. Great heated pool! Pictures accurate. Great idea having water cooler for cold/hot water. Would come back again! (:

This was the second stay at the cozy Casa. A perfecr location in Coconut Grove with lots of restaurants nearby. The Casa is a cheery secluded bungalow with lots of art and beautiful appointments and extras, such as the large (enough for two) tub and rain shower. Two bedrooms each with private bathroom. Everything you need for a wonderful Florida stay is provided. Marcella takes care of everything.

Great unit in a perfect building. Pool & grounds are always clean. Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Very quiet, perfect for the family. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the action, but enjoys peace and quiet!

Marcela was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and made our stay super comfortable.

We had a great stay at Melinda and Bud's place Super comfortable and cozy space, great location in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. All the rooms of the house very well equipped, having everything we needed. A differential that we very much loved, was to have 4 bicycles available, to get to know the region even more and also the flexibility of check-in/out. Melinda was super kind and helpful in helping us from the beginning of the trip, just as you always answered us as quickly as possible. Thank you for making our stay super nice! We highly recommend!

Adriana and Steve are great hosts. We were in between houses and stayed for multiple months. Adriana and Steve were consistently responsive and accommodating throughout. The house felt like home right away. It is situated on a quiet dead-end street. The lot is private with ample parking space. We loved sitting in the front porch swing and enjoying the peaceful greenery. There is a small fully fenced community park down the street and we often walk our dog there to hang out with neighborhood kids and dogs. It would be a nice place for family to stay and feel comfortable and safe.

Great Airbnb. Super central, close to the beach, Ocean Drive and clubs, but at the same time quite. Very clean an well equipped. Super friendly and responsive host.

Mario and his wife were great host. I stayed for 12 days. My only point of attention would be that Florida’s wildlife (🦎) were completely unfazed by our presence! 🤣 We walked the neighborhood and the park across the street every morning. I never felt unsafe. If you have time, I would recommend you do the same. It was very relaxing.

Irina place was perfect, it was cozy and just as described. The check in and out process was smooth and Irina was great at answering all of questions and communicating. 10/10 thank you for being a great host !

I had a wonderful stay at [Maribel]’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I especially like the communication and the place was very good. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really liked it only problem was the water in the shower got cold fast. Other than that was really nice

I'd like to share my positive experience in this rental house in Miami. Although it was small and austere, it was very well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The communication with the host was exceptional, responding quickly and effectively to all my inquiries and requests. Highlughts: - The host responded quickly to my inquiries and requests - The location was convenient and accessible - The small garden that the house had, which was very nice and cozy. My family and I enjoyed spending time there, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the outside.

Very economical option for staying in Miami. 3 minute walk to the beach and great weather. For the price you can’t beat it! Would highly reccomend this place to future guests.

The House is very spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and was perfect for 7 people. We had a great time at the pool and in Miami. Luciana replied quickly to any questions we had.
