Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Short drive to wonderful beaches locally and close to St. Ives. Friendly pub within 100 metres and large grocery stores close. Special place to stay and the very welcome extras were an added bonus.

The living area features modern furnishings, including a cozy sectional sofa and a stylish armchair. A large glass door opens to a waterfront view, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery, contributing to the overall ambiance.

Pam was a great host, helpful and on hand if needed. The accommodation was exactly as described and worked well for us as we wanted a base for coastal walking. We also appreciated having a secluded outside space and a delightful garden to walk through. It was easy to get to bus stops with regular services in to Hayle centre, St Ives and beyond. Despite it being August bank holiday we were able to find places to eat, and there were two well known supermarkets close by for provisions. All in all we were more than satisfied.

We had a great time, the apartment was clean and modern. Great views of the estuary. Rebecca was super helpful and accommodating for us and couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect place to stay , I lived in Hayle for 15years but moved away and come back every year with my family . We have stayed at many different places and never liked them so I'm so glad I found this little gem . Perfect for me and my family for the week . Will definitely be coming back as couldn't fault it one bit. Any questions I had before and during the trip were answered quickly and the host couldn't be more helpful. Made my hoilday less stressful as the fact the washing machine was there ment I wasn't returning home with massive amounts of washing too. Place was clean and tidy which im very fussy about as an owner of a cleaning company but this was spot on and couldn't fault that either.

Really great place to stay. Close to the Beach and local supermarkets. Great place with comfortable furnishings, and superb kitchen & bathroom. Really peaceful and Neil us very helpful too!

We’re delighted to have a holiday break at this cozy and nicely decorated house. The furniture, fittings, appliances and even diffusers were carefully chosen by the owner. We had thought that it’d be inconvenient to stay at a house without TV. But it turned out that we had a great family time with the kids to chat and play board games (which were provided at the house) together. It’s like a detoxification camp! We do wish to stay at this house again next time when we come to Cornwall.
