We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. Comfortable by the beach! Great summer getaway!

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.
