Excellent place to spend time as a family, very quiet, no one is very private, we brought a little dog and I really enjoy it, that well, there were 2 bathrooms, I help us a lot, the very friendly host, very attentive. Excellent place, the location is perfect as it is a few meters from the main street and the central park. The stay is very quiet, quite peaceful and a cool atmosphere. Highly recommended for family or friends. Add that they have the best shower anyone could ask for.

I loved the stay! Fernando was always available to help us. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. What I loved most was the patio to spend an afternoon in the hammock, drinking a cup of coffee.

This is a great little property in a nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. The place is super clean, the main bedroom extremely comfortable, and everything is well maintained. Lorena acted as property manager, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. The only thing to note is that the property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it might be difficult for anyone with mobility challenges. Other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Guatavo Adolfo's apartment is very comfortable and nice, with nice decor and lots of ornamental plants. I recommend it.
