One of the best host I ever had! Incredible home to stay in from the nature around you to the feeling of home you get from this place. Stunning views from the master bedroom. Spacious home with a great pool location. Would recommend this place for anyone. For romantic couples to get away or friends looking to hang out and celebrate life. Will stay here some days anytime I am in Rio.

great stay at a seemingly historic house! nestled in the same mountain as christ the redeemer so be prepared to see him every day! (good thing ). we had a party of 5 and it was more than accommodating! seemed safe area and very much a rio vibe! every morning seems a little magical walking around the compound. andrea was beyond amazing! really have no complaints. if you don’t need all the “high end”amenities and want something real this is a vibe. bathrooms are set up for accommodating large groups perfectly!

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa nessa casa de praia! O ambiente é super agradável, bem decorado e com uma energia deliciosa — perfeito para descansar e curtir com amigos ou família. A funcionária que nos atendeu foi extremamente atenciosa, prestativa e sempre disposta a ajudar no que fosse preciso. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e muito bem equipada, exatamente como nas fotos. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

Staying at Bea’s contemporary forest home was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, Bea was so warm, kind, and welcoming—truly a thoughtful and considerate host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering countless local recommendations and even helping one of my friends recover a lost phone. When Bea wasn’t available, her amazing assistant Maisla was always there to help out with just as much care. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a mid-century modern vibe that perfectly complements the surrounding nature. Bea has a remarkable eye for detail, and every corner of the home reflects her love for aesthetics and hospitality. It’s airy, open, and full of peaceful forest energy. We felt so cared for and inspired during our stay. Would absolutely come back again. Bea and Maisla are truly special hosts filled with heart and love. Highly recommend!

Michele foi uma ótima anfitriã. O espaço é ótimo, próximo aos Arcos da Lapa e ao aeroporto Santos Dumont. Alojamento recomendável tanto nos aspectos de limpeza e de organização, quanto em custo benefício. Noutra ocasião que retornar ao Rio, certamente vou desejar utilizar novamente.

Adoramos! Me senti em casa, a vista é realmente linda, a comunida é super tranquila, fica pertinho de tudo, mercados, praia, ponto de mototaxi etc. Marli e Ana foram sensacionais em nos hospedar. Voltaremos com certeza.

Goitaca’s place was exactly what our group needed. We rented this spot for a guys trip for 7 and it was perfect. The host, Sam was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay and also offered to coordinate transport and other things. In case, you can’t tell… it’s setup like mini apartments joined together. Each “room” has a little kitchenette. I really don’t have any negatives to share but you should make note that the location of the rental sits on a very crowded and narrow street. It’s can difficult to navigate even with smaller cars but difficult X10 for sprinter vans etc with larger groups. Not impossible but difficult, so keep that in mind. Oh, and just like anywhere else you go with housekeeping… lock up your valuables before leaving. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I just finished another stay at Patrick's Colonial Casa. I was there for 11 nights. I like the old style of the house - tall ceilings, lots of windows with shutters, easy access. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and panini grill. Electric hot shower works well. Small balcony with washer is great area for laundry with outdoor drying. Patrick and Elias are easy to communicate with. I look forward to returning yet again, soon.

If you are looking for a bohemian bungalow in a quiet area of Rio, this is the spot! I loved the spacious and open floor plan, the patio view, as well as the amenities. The host was responsive and flexible. Thank you for the stay!

Minha experiência, apesar de rápida, foi ótima. Desde o primeiro contato Rafael foi super atencioso e solícito. O espaco é exatamente conforme o anúncio. Local tranquilo, limpo e muito bem equipado. Super indico.

Stéphane, le propriétaire, s’est montré très accueillant, acceptant d’anticiper l’horaire du check-in. Il nous a fait faire le tour du quartier pour nous montrer les points d’intérêt, commerces, restaurants etc. La maison est très grande et chaque chambre possède une salle de bain. Néanmoins, il est à noter que seule 1 chambre possède la climatisation. Les autres sont pourvues de ventilateurs (cela a été suffisant fin décembre). À préciser aussi : une chambre se trouve en contrebas, accessible par la cour. Cette chambre est vraiment tres petite (lit simple et peu d’espace autour du lit). Nous préférons le préciser aux futurs voyageurs , mais en aucun cas cela n’a gâché notre séjour. Encore une fois Stephane a toujours été disponible et bienveillant envers nous et s’est toujours montré très réactif. Le logement est très bien situé à Santa Teresa Certes le métro n’est pas proche (25 min à pieds) mais Uber est la meilleure option pour se déplacer à Rio (rapide et bon marché)

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Santa Teresa! Very comfortable beds; a lovely open living room and dining area; and a very pleasant porch area to sit in. Close to some nice restaurants and views; an easy taxi ride to anywhere else popular in town. Definitely a highly recommended stay in Santa Teresa!

Stunning place, great location close to a lot of night life and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and full of charm!The pool was great as well. Group of 10 fit very comfortably. Note, there are lots of stairs to get up to the house and some rooms/main areas. May want to bring extra towels (for beach and pool).

A comunicação com a Ana e seu filho Lucas foram excelentes, sempre com respostas rápidas. A acomodação fica numa vila muito bem localizada, no meio do bairro Humaitá, mas um silêncio que parecia interior, sem ruído de veículos. Na porta da casa podíamos ver o Cristo! E a casa super aconchegante, conforme descrito nas fotos, com utensílios de cozinha necessários para uma estadia confortável, banheiros extremamente limpos, um jardim de inverno comunicando o quarto com a suíte, sala ampla e uma mesa com 6 lugares super confortável. Também tinha uma vaga na garagem em frente da casa, com portão automático para o carro e os pedestres. Voltaremos mais vezes, sempre que possível.

Our family really enjoyed the spacious accommodation. Everything was perfect. It had everything we needed. Fantastic location near lots of restaurants, shops and the beach.

Sebastian was an absolute gem of a host. I booked this place last minute and was initially worried about the location, particularly the 1.5km dirt road that made it hard to access via Uber. Sebastian put those worries at ease with great communication. He lives next door, and takes being a host seriously. He gave great recommendations for restaurants, provided a ride into Copa to continue exploring the city, and was gracious in providing tips to navigate Rio. The space itself is breathtaking-it is exactly like the photos, serene and refreshing, a haven in the middle of a sometimes choatic Rio. But Sebastian and his expertise were what set this place apart. Truly remarkable.

Ótima estadia. A casa é super aconchegante, com uma área externa muito legal e localizada no meio de Santa Teresa, perto de tudo. Aconselho a todos.
