Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cooma-Monaro Council

Gratefully the place was warm and welcoming for our later than expected arrival. Which meant our young kids could jump into comfy warm beds after a long trip. So well located, very convenient for getting to all the museums and galleries. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay, everything as described including the hot tub (always on, so ready right when you arrive 🛁). Very cosy living room and balcony and heater in each bedroom. Narooma is also very nice with lots to do for such a small town. Will stay definitely again given the chance.

Fantastic location with great views close to the beach. Amenities were outstanding, we particularly loved the snooker table and spa. Spacious living areas both inside and out for you to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this house for large families or groups, we definitely plan to return again. Thankyou Kaylyn for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely cozy place to say. House provides all the essentials to get by day to day. Communication was great. Would recommend staying at Tom’s place.

Moon Cottage, with its l smart modern solar design and well-equipped amenities, has a clean, welcoming, lived-in ambience. It boasts commanding views of the extensive surrounding bush through its vast north facing windows. And the large property - a maze of delightful walking tracks cleverly marked by old chairs and wheelbarrows - offers private serenity and ever changing and delightful aspects. Our son tells us watching the stars from the outdoor bath was a memorable experience. My family and I rate this place and the experiences it affords, 10 out of 10!! Our only caveat is to anyone who is not interested in familiarising themselves and complying with House Rules: this place is NOT for you! The House Rules are important so take a bit of time to get your head around them and follow through with the expected behaviour.

amazing autumn retreat! very spacious accommodation and enough to keep 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 doggies entertained all weekend! beautiful house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! definitely recommending to friends and hopefully we will be back to visit again in the future!

Wow wow wow…. This house was spectacular. We had the most beautiful weekend away at the Pender Barn. It surpassed all expectations. We took up the offer to have Warren cook our dinner and it was divine. What a treat to have a gorgeous home cooked meal. We brought along our puppy and they even looked after him so we could go and explore. This will definitely be a regular spot for our family, and I think we will definitely be coming back without the kids! Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, fireplace ready for us to light we we arrived and what I loved the most was there weren’t any locked cupboards or rooms that made it “feel” like an air bnb. It really felt like our home for the weekend. Thanks Sonja and Warren - we absolutely loved our stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! It was even better than we thought it would be! We loved everything about this cabin and the location, we couldn’t fault it at all. Lots of kangaroos and deer at our doorstep, the hot tub was beautiful especially at night under the stars. The hosts were great at communicating when needed. We will definitely be recommending this stay to everyone and we will definitely be back

Julie and Jim provided an invaluable and unforgettable experience. They were very friendly and welcoming hosts who ensured a smooth and peaceful stay. The entire space was squeaky clean and also very beautiful. We also got to meet and feed the friendly highland cows and alpacas which we absolutely loved. The Barn is amazing! We have been to tinkersfield a few times and this trip invited some family to come and enjoy it with us. It was wonderful, the space is such that with a full house you are not on top of each other, there are plenty of different spaces. The food was delicious as always, with the addition of a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise and also delicious. Doggy day care is super easy to organise and so handy if you want to head up and enjoy some mountain activities!
