Accommodations in Cooktown

This was such a fantastic house in every way. We expected it to be nice from the pictures, however it was even more impressive in person. If you're staying on Cooktown, you'd need to put this at the top of your accomodation choices. We are already planning to come back. Thank you.

This unit was perfect for us to stay for a couple of nights. The beachy vibe was gorgeous and Melissa responded promptly and was super helpful. The price was also fantastic. We’ll be staying here again :)

Melinda's beach house was well equipped , modern, clean, comfortable and in an amazing spot , right on the beach. An incredible and peaceful place far away from the hustle and bustle. Also Melinda and Ross were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very comfortable, two balconies with superb views, excellent facilities and a lovely host. A great place to stay!

Rhiannon has been a pleasure to work, with her fabulous accomodation being perfect for our team. We loved it so much we’ve booked it for another month while we continue to work in the region. With all of the little local tips & the connections made with Rhiannon’s local friends our team is feeling like locals themselves. Highly recommended.

The Garden Cottage at Sayah and Peter's place is attached to their house but, at the same time, very private with separate entrances and surrounded by their lush garden. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. Everything was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped, the best we'd come across on this trip - it also had an excellent L'Or coffee machine! Peter and Sayah were very good hosts with lots of information about - and enthusiasm for - Cooktown, which truly exceeded our expectations as a destination. We had been meaning to go to Cooktown for years, but had never heard anything compelling to make us go, but we were very impressed. The drive from Mount Molloy to Cooktown is one of the most scenic and spectacular we have been on in this part of Queensland, and the road the best, with little traffic.

Lynda was a charming and helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. She was around to answer any queries but never intrusive. She has a beautiful garden and two adorable dogs. The property itself is spaceous and well attended. The location peaceful and very private. My husband and I had a delightful stay and have no hesitation in recommending Lynda and her elegant Queenslander home. Enjoy.
