Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cookeville

Great place! All amenities and furnishings were top-notch, loved the record player and selection. Brad is an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

I was wanting something more unusual and Joy's place fit the bill. The front door looked out over the fields and had a picnic table to sit outside while enjoying the peaceful, relaxing surroundings. There was also a bench under a tree, and she told us we were welcome to use the gazebo and the swing. The back door went out into the barn (which was clean). The apartment was clean and comfortable. Joy asked the time we might arrive, and gave us a call to make sure we were in okay and that everything was satisfactory. Joy's place is also nicely located with short drives to several state parks with trails and waterfalls. If I am back in the area, I hope the bed and barn will be available!

Me and my husband loved this little home! It was super cozy and perfect for the two of us! It had beautiful scenery and the hiking tails near the house is a must!! While there we visited Burgess Falls, and Fall Creek Falls. We loved that it was just right down the road from Buccees!! Highly recommend Carol! Hope to stay again in the future!!

Very clean. Would have like to be able to have a place to sit outside. If there was one, maybe we missed it. Used the laundry room and that was helpful. It was a nice place to come to after a long day and relax.

Love the layout of this apartment and the close proximity to the town square. Very tidy, also.

I arrived at his home earlier than expected but was able to access the property early. The self check-in made entrance to the property very easy. The home was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Located on the edge of downtown Sparta made access easy to restaurants and local attractions. This was my third stay here and won't be my last. Thanks Jeff.

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay! So many friendly people. We highly recommend getting your morning coffee at Button Willow and make sure to visit Cheryl’s Beau Bees 🐝 for lunch!

We had such a wonderful time relaxing in their serene home! It was so close to beautiful falls nearby. I enjoyed our time exploring Burgess Falls and some great Mediterranean in Cooksville! Not as kid friendly for younger ones inside with quite a few glass items and decor but the outdoor space was so lovely too! Highly recommend.

The home is totally private with vistas of only trees and fields. The home was in immaculate condition with well thought out amenities to make our stay perfect. A well placed spice rack was in the kitchen with all the common items stocked along with additional basics in the cabinets such as foils etc plus condiments and creamer in the refrigerator. A covered porch swing, large enough to hold two people lying down, was a nice touch. (Sheets were provided in the garage storage) We enjoyed the hot tub at all hours but recommend you bring a tent canopy for shade that is needed from about noon till 5pm. We brought our 10x10 tent canopy that allowed us to be in the tub anytime of day without sunburn worries. We saw lots of wildlife in both the front and back yards and recommend you bring a good pair of binoculars to supplement the spot telescope that was provided by our host. We saw deer and wild turkeys that were regularly roaming about, a raccoon and a glimpse of a fox passing through.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Sparta. It was very close to everything in town, but at the same time quiet and private at the home. Beautiful back yard with and incredible view of the calf killer river. House was very clean and cozy. Lots of games and ping pong table. Didn’t have time for fishing this trip, but looked like a great spot. Jessica was very kind and made our stay hassle free, would definitely stay here again, 5 stars!

Beautiful and private. It is even better than in the pictures. I warned my kids that we were only staying one night because it was just a stop and as soon as we arrived they asked if we could stay longer. We explored the property and read books on the porch and listened to the rain. We even had time for a campfire. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Absolutely loved this charming home! The yard was picturesque sunrise/sunset and even had fire flies at night! The house itself was clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked, and it had one of the nicest showers I’ve ever seen (seriously 😍). Would definitely recommend!

Brad was so kind & his home was just wonderful. The notifications for my Airbnb app were off so I wasn't seeing messages, and he went out of his way to find my number to text me instructions- above & beyond! The home was quiet, peaceful, and accommodated my sisters, her two girl friends, and me absolutely perfectly.

This lake house is a hidden gem! Stayed there with family and the layout of the house is conducive to keeping guests from feeling like they are on top of each other. The porch is a great place to rest and house was very clean! Would love to stay here again.

This was the most magical little piece of heaven that my husband and I stayed. The architectural design and decor were amazing, and the views were breathtaking. We would highly recommend this place for a getaway to enjoy some r&r.

In town for a family wedding and this loft apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. Walkable to great coffee and restaurants. Host left great recommendations too

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

A little expensive for what it is but it’s a good place to stay in a nice area.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.

Place was great, the lake is very beautiful, lots of parking, and Mitchell was a fantastic host. Mitchell was very responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing two-week stay at Mark’s lake view condo. The space was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered a level of quiet that made it easy to truly unwind. Waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning was a highlight, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true getaway. The condo was well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained, and everything about our stay was seamless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serene, scenic place to recharge.
