My friend and I were very fortunate to have discovered this gem of an apartment. Great location, within walking distance of the town yet in a peaceful area. The balcony and terrace were perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning or a drink in the evening. Great views over the town! Massimo was a fabulous host who met us at the local train station which was a great help. We also very much appreciated the lift he organised for us to get to the airport. The apartment was as described and was very clean and cosy. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a couple of local supermarkets. I would certainly stay here again! Thank you Massimo!✨🌟

Ein Wunderbares Haus, für uns, architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem zentral. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Pernottare da Cosimo è come fare un salto nel passato. Casa storica e molto accogliente con ampi spazi estremi. Una vera chicca r una buona base se decidi di esplorare la bellezza della valle d'itria.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and soaked every minute we could on the balcony. Pictures look beautiful but in person, the view is even better. Apartment is much bigger than we anticipated as well. Mario offered recommendations for the area and was superb with communication.

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

Das Trulli war ein zauberhafter Ort für unsere Woche in Apulien. Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation einwandfrei und selbst als wir nach einer größeren Kaffeekanne gefragt haben, wurde uns dieser Wunsch erfüllt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Von hier aus kann man alles Sehenswerte in der Region super mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft jedem Paar empfehlen das eine schöne Zeit verleben möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an die Familie und Mario.

Un bel appartement typique … l’emplacement est parfait pour vivre la ville de cette charmante ville. L’accueil et la propreté des lieux était impeccable ! La terrasse sur le toit est un attrait vraiment interessant, si la température le permet !

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Bari. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis wirklich top. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich einegrichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Wasser im Kühlschrank... man fühlt dich gleich wohl. Super Lage - 10 Minuten zu fuß nach Bari Vecchia. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Kommunikation mit Tatiana. Wir durften schon vor der Check-in Zeit unsere Koffer in der Unterkunft abstellen und sie bestellte uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen, da wir einen sehr frühen Flug hatten. Eine der besten Air-BnB Erfahrungen überhaupt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

Je recommande à 100% le logement proposé par Erasmina. C’est une hôte accueillante et aux petits soins, Erasmina a été disponible du début à la fin de notre séjour. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’endroit est paisible. Je conseille juste de ne pas s’y rendre en voiture (Erasmina vous donnera toutes les infos nécessaires). We had an amazing stay. We're a family of four (with 10-year and eight-year olds) and it worked well for us being a five minute walk from the historic town and the alcove beaches. It was also a great jumping off point for us getting to other sites around Puglia. There was always free street parking available, within one block of the apartment (we visited in April). Vittorio, who was in touch with us from an apartment management perspective, was so helpful with sight-seeing, restaurant and beach recommendations. He was responsive and proactive, so we're very thankful.

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und die Dachterrasse einfach traumhaft. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und sehr flexibel. Marcello hat stets schnell und freundlich auf all unsere Fragen reagiert. Für Ausflüge innerhalb von Ostuni konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

In een woord geweldig. Het verblijf was zeer schoon, ruim, dichtbij alle locaties en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks midden in de stad, heel erg rustig van binnen. Het was nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's. Niet te vergeten de aanvulling van het dakterras. Mooie uitkijk over de stad richting zee. De host was super goed benaderbaar, snelle reactie, pro actief met aanraders. Mocht je een authentieke ervaring willen, in een super mooi appartement midden tussen de locals. Aarzel niet. En la ciudad había un problema de tuberías y no había agua. Nos hizo el gesto de pagar la mitad, por no poder usar el agua este día. Se agradece mucho! Ejemplar en la comunidad de Airbnb. Mil gracias!

Appartamento in stabile storico ed in posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi i vari luoghi di interesse di Bari. Camere spaziose e pulitissimo. Molto preciso e disponibile l’host.

Am ales această locație pentru a fi cat mai aproape de centrul vechi , de gara centrală . Apartamentul este foarte coszy , bine dotat cu tot ceea ce e nevoie pentru șederea noastră (5 zile). Antonio foarte prietenos , ne a dat multe informații utile . Foarte aproape este un restaurant ( chiar după colț) , există magazin ( mare) și multe chioșcuri să le numesc așa , patiserii . Ar fi fost minunat dacă se schimbau prosoapele ( la atâtea zile cât am stat ) dar am fost inspirată ca am pus de acasă ).

Chantal und auch die Familie des Besitzers haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit (Ein defekter Duschschlauch wurde z.B. sofort ausgetauscht). Anna, die Besitzerin, die oberhalb der Wohnung wohnt, hat uns einmal kurzerhand im Auto mitgenommen und uns eine schöne Frühstücksmöglichkeit gezeigt und man war immer sehr interessiert und hat uns gute Tipps und Hilfe gegeben. Neben der Unterkunft befindet sich direkt das Büro des Besitzers, die Terrassen gehen ineinander über. Für uns war das ok. Wir konnten die Terrasse leider nicht nutzen, weil das Wetter sich in der Woche eher nach „Nordsee“ angefühlt hat. Aber man kann von hier aus viele tolle Ausflugsziele ansteuern und zu Fuß alles im schönen Pogliano machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da. Man sollte vielleicht noch wissen, dass ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach außen hat. Vielen Dank für alles!

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!
