Lovely hosts, very welcoming and accommodating young couple. Secure, spacious, very clean, modern and tastefully decorated apartment. Parking space. Quiet area and close to the city center. Very very good bedding. Everything was perfect! And the city of Angers is great!

The House of Happiness everything was great the decor, a warm atmosphere, the amenities, I have rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen, the pool, the games and the beautiful garden. So many kinds of trees and flowers are a feat! this place breathes love. There were 8 of us, including two kids, and we were able to create wonderful memories. A big thank you.

We booked Sarah's apartment to host family who were visiting us locally (we live in the neighborhood). Everything went very well and Sarah was very accommodating for the booking and key exchange, thanks to her mom who showed us around the accommodation. The latter was as advertised and comfortable, the parking space is a plus in our neighborhood where it's not always easy to park!

Great experience, in a country setting and full of farm animals. Very comfortable bedding and a single log in the stove will be enough to heat the very well insulated interior. We would happily stay again! Warm welcome, highly recommend 👍👍👍

Thanks to Joël for hosting us! The accommodation is as advertised in the photos and the garden is great! A big plus for the pool for young and old alike! The added bonus: the house stays cool even in very hot weather! I highly recommend it!
