Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Riverfront manor close to a golf course

Small 19th century manor house in a large wooded park on the banks of the Sarthe River. It has 4 outdoor dining areas, bicycles, a boat, inflatable mattresses to bask on the river and a pétanque court. It is located 16 km from a large golf course and 15 km from the first Loire Valley castles. Please note that the house is cold in winter despite the oil heating, the fireplaces make 2 rooms pleasant: the kitchen and 1 living room

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
