The accessibility of the accommodation is ideal for varying the pleasures, walks, outings in the city center, We are not on it and recommend that you book this place, Josselin is a welcoming and available host, he put us at ease and took the time to advise us well. We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

The house is exceptional, very beautiful and in impeccable condition. There are plenty of amenities and the decor is admirable. The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. Villa Denise is a beautiful house that is just waiting to welcome young and old. The beautiful spaces in this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are precise. don't hesitate!

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

The accommodation is in a very good location, the city center is easily accessible on foot, and there are shops nearby. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. Sebastien and his wife have always been very responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

Super accommodation located in the heart of Cabourg on a street offering many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I would highly recommend it, the hospitality was warm and efficient.

This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!
