This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden.

Walloon Farm is a beautifully restored historical homestead located in Constantia. Our property manager will assist you on check in, show you around the house and go over the house rules. Our housekeeper is at the house during the week only and he is only responsible for maintaining the common areas. Please negotiate with him should you wish extra service. The home comes with 24 hour security surveillance team that is usually stationed close to the house.
