Încep prin a spune ca Adina e mai mult decât o gazdă , este și un ghid local , și spun asta deoarece se interesează ca fiecare vizitator să fie îndrumat către cele mai bune locuri dar și spre locuită propiu zisă prin cele mai facile metode. Locuită este curată , poziționată aproape de bulevard, balcon mare , dormitor cald și primitor , totul amenajat cu bun simț . Locuită este utilă cu tot ce trebuie pentru o ședere ca la carte. Cu siguranță vom mai revenii la ea atunci când vom mai ajunge prin zona . 10 🌟

Отличное жилье , чистое и удобное ! Парковка на улице , место найти можно ! Общение с хозяином отличное , инструкции четкие и понятные ! Хозяин предложил заселиться раньше положенного и выехать позже положенного времени ! Мы были с ребенком и при входе наш ждали конфеты и печенье, это было очень приятно!!! В квартире есть все необходимое ( кухонные принадлежности , салфетки и тд.) Могу смело рекомендовать данные апартаменты !

Locatie:Apartamentul este situat intr o zona foarte linistita, aproape de o plaja neamanajata, perfecta pentru cineva care nu prefera agitatia. Este amenajat modern, cu tot ce trebuie(nu am dus lipsa de absolut nimic). Proprietarul: o gazda minunata. Ne a pus la dispozitie cu multă amabilitate intreaga locuinta, ba chiar a fost dispus sa ne permita sa stam dupa ora de check-out. Per total, pentru cineva care doreste cateva zile de liniste, aproape de malul marii, locatia este perfecta. Ne am simtit ca acasa.

Un apartament elegant, modern si confortabil intr-o zona linistita si selecta. Gazda este atenta la detalii si disponibila sa iti faca sederea cat mai placuta. Am avut o experienta placuta, odihnitoare si eleganta. Privelistea de pe terasa este foarte frumoasa, ne-am bucurat de ea in special seara, cand poti vedea stelele si lumina lunii reflectata in valurile marii. De dimineata te poti incarca cu energie fresh – trebuie doar sa deschizi usa si imediat vei simti briza marii. Complexul inspira siguranta, eleganta si liniste. TV-urile mari din apartament aduc un plus de comfort :) Recomand cu drag acest apartament pentru o experienta relaxanta si eleganta.

The place is new and super clean. It has all the facilities that you need, including a fridge, TV, iron, stove, cooking utensils, and even olive oil, salt and pepper. It was very thoughtful of the host to keep two bottles of drinking water in the fridge. That’s what you need right after arriving. I will definitely book it again when I am in Constanta.

Ruxandra's home was immaculate when we arrived and was lovely and warm throughout our stay. The kitchen was a little tight but perfectly functional. The bathroom was spotless and had an excellent shower. There is no dedicated parking space. Options are try to use the four non reserved spaces or on the road. A very enjoyable and quiet stay in a lovely apartment.

Am petrecut un sejur plăcut la Raluca! Ne-a plăcut foarte mult priveliștea superbă către lac, perfectă pentru serile liniștite și apusurile spectaculoase. Spațiul este curat, aerisit și amenajat cu bun gust, ideal pentru un cuplu care își dorește liniște, confort și o atmosferă plăcută. Great apartment. Very spacious for a one bedroom, with ample light through the many windows. Very near to the beach, with the popular Reyna Beach right there. Well positioned between 'the strip' and old Town. Also you will find a remarkable sweets shop next door. Adriana has been very helpful and facilitating our entry and exit. Much appreciated.

Хозяин подготовился к нашему приезду и заранее включил кондиционер, что не может не радовать летом. Постель и полотенца пахли свежем бельем. Это дна из самых лучших квартир, которую мы снимали в Констанце.

просторная уютная квартира со многими удобствами ( стиральная машина, вай фай, гладильная доска с утюгом и т.д.). вид из окна на соседей. Владелец не знает английского от чего общение было затруднено. в целом цены в Констанце летом большие. и по сравнению с другими квартирами тут цена/качество хорошее. хозяин очень лояльная и отзывчивая. советую для молодых пар, семей, одиночек. я остался доволен. парковки частной нет, но на общественном месте можно найти. ресторан итальянской кухни прямо в торце дома. очень вкусно. с удовольствием приехал бы ещё.
