Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Studio at the yard located in Cta, Coiciu neighborhood. The court is not common. 2 persons can be accommodated or a family with a small child (free extra crib) or 3 adults but an additional 50 lei is paid. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. liners towels ,Coffee espresso machine, mini bar. In the yard you have a table with chairs. The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.
