We had a lovely stay at Shaira and Gian's Airbnb! They were incredibly nice and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions provided. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the Ayala Mall in IT Park, Sugbo Mercado, and plenty of great restaurants. We did have a little trouble figuring out the microwave, soo... it took a while to heat some refrigerated food. 😅 Also, the elevators in the building are quite slow and hot. However, these didn’t take away from the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. The unit had everything we needed, easpecially the ultra fast internet! We felt safe and relaxed throughout. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again whenever we visit Cebu.

We had a fantastic stay at the place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the working table, and fast internet. A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Had a great time staying at this unit. It has a complete set of kitchenwares that we can use. The place was clean and feels like home. Not to mention the host was very accommodating and very responsive. Would totally recommend this place and will book again.

We're just visiting Cebu for our vacation but Cebu felt like home when you're staying here. Very responsive hosts, friendly, and has clear and easy to follow instructions. Amenities were great especially for the price we booked it.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Top notch! Regularly cleaned, towels and sheets changed. Clear instructions and info. Studio was nice and in a fairly new building. Would definetely stay there again if I'm in town.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

Our stay with Mark and Nenette’s place was all worth it. Amenities were perfectly working, and the Hosts were accommodating and always responsive. Highly recommended!
