Michel was incredibly helpful with our check in, very responsive, and friendly. His apartment is clean and very nice! We felt right at home.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

A great stay. Small apartment with very good taste in decoration and amenities. On arrival, a very clean and impeccable apartment. I would highly recommend. We will be back.

Apartment as described. The photos reflect the truth. Superb location. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the balcony as we would have liked because we always had wind. Great long weekend exploring Caen and surrounds. The Airbandb was a perfect base. Plenty of peaceful space to relax in between exploring. Could not access WiFi though.

We had a great stay with our two children. Very well equipped and clean accommodation. Close to the ramparts, shop next door and parking space.

Had a great week of vacation. The house was nice , tidy and really equipped with everything. Garden was perfect, especially to sit in the evening. Kitchen was more than complete. The shower was lovely. Personally, we didn't like the beds so much, but despite it, we would have liked to book a few more days. The area is more than beautiful, in short, we enjoyed it. Thank you

Villa Denise is a beautiful house that is just waiting to welcome young and old. The beautiful spaces in this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are precise. don't hesitate!

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

We had a great time at the place. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. The environment is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the beach is within walking distance, which is a real plus. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Stunning apartment on the beach with incredible vistas. Beautifully renovated with lots of little touches. Close to the main centre and great restaurants (highly recommend Au Pied du Marais which is a 15 minute walk as well as the local bakery). Perfect location to visit the D-Day beaches. Highly recommend!
