Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Walking distance to all local restaurants, bars, casino. Health food store (called Fresh Mart, very similar to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) right next to the lobby. Walgreens & CVS within 2 blocks walking.
