Amazing place to stay and fantastic host!! She was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and the perfect location. The area is safe and walkable. It’s close to the beach and next to so many great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

This was a perfect spot for a quick 2 night getaway. Great location. Felt very safe and secure in the building. 10 min drive from SJU airport. 5 min walk to beach. Paul’s space had everything we needed. Coffee for the morning. Cozy balcony. Very comfortable bed. AC and fan were fantastic. Bathroom great with good water pressure. Bonus - beach chairs and beach mats/towel were awesome to have available in the apartment. We would stay here again.

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Nadia's place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, near Condado Beach! From the moment we arrived, Nadia was a fantastic host—responsive and attentive to all our needs. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located, with a variety of food and entertainment options just a short walk away. Though we didn’t rent a car, we relied on Uber for any trips that required transportation, and I must say, the rides were quite reasonable One of the highlights was the amazing air conditioning, which kept the space so comfortable during our stay. The home is not only inviting but also very quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat after exploring the vibrant area. I can't recommend this place enough! It’s clean, has stunning views, and the location is unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again and encourage anyone looking for a great spot in San Juan to book with Nadia. You won’t be disappointed!

Cesar was an excellent host. He was especially friendly and communicated well. I am very happy we stayed here while we went to Puerto Rico. The view was beautiful and the interior was excellent. Will definitely stay here when we do come back!

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

Always clean and ready for guests

Javier was an amazing host! The room looked just like in the pics! the directions were very easy! Javier’s communication was amazing!! Anytime I needed anything, he would answer quickly!! Great spot to stay, you have your own little private area to enjoy at the beach with family/friends!!

We had such a wonderful time at J B’s place! The location was fantastic - a block from the beach and on the street itself there were so many great restaurants and spots to check out (including a grocery store across the street!) while still feeling quiet and private. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen, dining table and washer dryer were all great for making ourselves feel right at home. The host was so proactive and responsive, providing quick and helpful responses and suggestions (and even did a toilet paper delivery!) Also gracious in giving us some extra time for checkout to enjoy a bit more before we had to head home which was very kind. Would definitely go back!

Highly recommend! We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and Alice is the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. Her place was the perfect size for a couple to stay. We felt safe and at home immediately.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Fue nuestra primera vez en Puerto Rico y nos encantó.. Este apartamento fue perfecto para nosotros. Está bien situado Cerca a la playa, restaurantes, supermercados.. El apartamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita.. Tiene parqueadero privado y fue un plus.. Súper recomendado..

Robert’s place was the perfect spot. We were a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. The place had restaurants and bars nearby and getting to other locations from there was super quick. Robert was always responsive and even had some beach stuff like cooler and chairs to use. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.
