Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

Its local setting is perfect for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the community, and its location is convenient for those using ride-sharing or personal vehicles. The property is immaculate, and the atmosphere is tranquil. The host is exceptionally friendly, and the outdoor patio is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the wildlife. First I would like to say, I’m a slight germaphobe and usually come to every Airbnb ready to Lysol it down. At Angie’s, I walked in and IMMEDIATELY knew it was clean and sanitized. It looked cleaned and smelled clean! No dust, no dirt—-Pristine! Which is all a huge plus for me. Angie was helpful, flexible and responsive. She was also very proactive, she offered new towels before I had to ask. I would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, didn't want to leave Annette's cozy place! The pics are accurate, clean apt, building is quiet, and the location is a perfect mid-way point bt OSJ & airport, plus other areas. Found plenty to do in the area, her restaurant recs were spot on. Wish we'd extended our vacation. I used the balcony everyday. Perfect home away from home. Can't wait to come back.

You will absolutely love it. The window opening up to the beach is truly a dream. Great spot, SUPER clean, and amazing location!

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was comfortable to sleep and relax on the couch. Felt like home away from home. Great getaway location. Beach less than 5-10 minute walk (with beach chairs provided), plenty of restaurants, bars, & shops. Walkable and felt very safe. Great amenities. Kitchen had everything to be comfortable at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Provides great local recommendations. Over-all wonderful experience and would book again!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

No complaints, exactly as described. Just enough room for three, large bedroom, cold air conditioning, full sized shower. Better layout than other units in the same building. Axel was great at recommendations and keeping in touch. Very walkable, plenty of restaurants, shops, and 2 beaches w/in 10 minute walk, 2 more beaches w/in 20 minute walk. Snorkeling and kayaking nearby. Easy Ubers, close to airport. Coffee shop and great little cafe located in building. Clean and secure, parking right next door. If I returned I would stay again.

Stayed Friday- Monday night. Everything was great!! Apartment was a bit hard to find when we initially got there bc we couldn’t see the sign (hidden) but once found, it was easy to check in! (Very detailed) I highly recommend renting out the parking spot right in front of the building if available. Saved us a lot of time. This Airbnb provides 2 white towels to shower with and 2 beach towels. I would recommend bringing your own towels too simply bc they have a sign stating do not stain white linens or towels. I wear makeup so even with makeup wipes there are times a bit of residue is there. So keep that in mind. Also, bathroom does not have a shower door or curtain. That was a bit hard and you have to be mindful not to get the floor wet. Location was super quiet and we felt safe. You’re so close to the beach! You can walk downstairs and enjoy the sunrise on the beach where it isn’t crowded and depending the tides, you can get in. Overall 10/10 would stay again! Thanks Erick!!

Great place , great host , great neighborhood. Locals also very sweet and welcoming. The sounds of the waves put you right to bed. Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.
