Villa vacation rentals in Conch Key

This was a perfect fit for me. I was attending a conference for a couple of days and needed something small and close to Stetson Law - Amanda was very responsive, very clear about how to access the space, and genuinely cared about my ability to get there safe and leave without any issues.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

We chose this location to spend the holidays with family. When we entered the house there was a christmas tree and christmas music playing which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was very cozy and was in a perfect location. It is a short walk to restaurants and downtown safety harbor.

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also

Margarettes place was wonderful. My wife and I have been doing extended stay trips for years. Her place was the best so far. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. Margarette was responsive , acted quickly and resolved the problem as quickly as she could. Would definitely recommend the home !

Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable week at Palm Oasis. The home offers a very clean and nicely appointed open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard pool area is wonderful … beautifully landscaped with comfortable lounge chairs and a very nice heated pool. The home’s TV set-up offers a wide variety of viewing options and is easy to navigate. The hosts are quite responsive and offer a full coffee service complete with delicious ground coffee from a local source. The hosts provide a detailed Guide Book with house instructions along with a long list of dining recommendations throughout the surrounding area. (One not mentioned but certainly worth trying for dinner is Daily News Restaurant on Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater.) Overall, a Five Star experience at Palm Oasis!

We were a group of 13 women and had an awesome week! This place has lots of space and everything you need…for the indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time around the pool, which is in great shape and well maintained and we also drove to the beach several times (lots of beach chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, coolers etc and a wagon to transport everything in!). The house is very conveniently located if you want to go into Tampa (or take the Cross Bay ferry over to a Tampa Bay Lightning game…which we did!). We had a few issues when we first arrived but Colburn was very quick to respond and all was resolved in a very timely manner. We are planning to come back again next year!

Very friendly host with a beautiful home. Upstairs bedroom & pvt bathroom with tv were very clean. I am happy i did not spend twice as much on a hotel room! This was my first air bnb stay & on short notice. I would definitely re-book in the future

Beautiful home with a great water view with lots of wild life to observe. Easy to get food delivered and off street parking. We loved this place!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
