everything is very good, excellent room and communication from Benjamin. clean rooms. the only thing against is the difficult access to the box with the key, since it is behind a grill, where there is no hand. it was difficult for me to access even though I am skillful with my hands. but everything else, very good ❤️‍🩹 would come back 10 times 🌞

An exelente porente house where you look at it, the location and the views very nice. The comforts and wifi of the house are the extra point for people who work remotely. I recommend it without hesitation.

Highly recommended! I felt completely comfortable. The room has everything you need for a few days: private bathroom, small terrace with deck chair :), bed, closet and a small desk. The WiFi works great. Cristina took a lot of time to provide me with tips about Concepción and the surrounding area over tea or coffee. She was very helpful in every situation and open to my wishes. I would definitely come back.

Nancy and Eduardo were excellent hosts, very friendly and understanding, they gave me information and help with regard to finding a mechanical workshop for the van that I was driving to which I told him that a problem with the brakes had arisen. Regarding the room and its features, everything is clean, tidy, family atmosphere and that feeling of friendliness in the air that we find in the magic of the people of the south. I recommend them 100%.

The place is very cozy, the environment is very comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. As a suggestion, I would have a fan to cope with the heat. A 10 for the experience
