The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. Ideal for vacationing as it is located 45 minutes from Nayaritas beaches, 15 minutes from downtown Tepic (Amado Nervo Museum, Cathedral, etc.) and 5 minutes from the Main Square of Xalisco, Nayarit.

It is a 3-story accommodation; the first floor has an electric garage for one car, a half bathroom, a kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a light cube. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, each with its own king size bed and full bathroom. On the third floor there is a laundry room, a half bathroom and a terrace where you can appreciate the spectacular Cerro la Cruz and the emblematic Cathedral.

The house is in the village of San Blas, 600 meters from Borrego beach, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, a barbecue, sound equipment, a ping pong table, badminton, golf pool, dominoes, and other board games. The pool has a temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. And for good habits there is a yoga mat, rope, exercise bands, soccer ball, goal and books for good reading.
