The pool is heated. Two tables are provided outside for meals: near the pool or in the garden. A Carrefour Market is 2 km away, easily accessible by bike for extra shopping. It's my house, I love it and have completely renovated it to be a peaceful oasis. There's my decor, my objects, and my wine and whiskey collections. I will not remove anything, so I only want to rent it to people who will take care of it as if it were their home and more, so no parties or bachelor parties. It's just a place to meet with the ones you love. Soissons train station is 6 km away and the place is hardly imaginable without a car. I'm not asking for a deposit to stick with the philosophy of my house, which is to trust.

There is a family pool to share with the owners, which is 28° (82°F) … heated from September 20 until mid-May. The sauna and hot tub will be available for relaxing the body and mind, and massages can be booked.
