Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

A light-filled living area features a sectional sofa, dining table, and decorative area rug. Large windows provide views of the outside, while a kitchenette with modern appliances can be seen along one wall. A framed artwork adds a touch of character to the space.

A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. The suite is a 30min drive from Mount Washington, minutes away from downtown, trails, rivers & lakes. Come and enjoy all the extras we provide and no clean up is required. Be our guests!
