We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s place. We truly enjoyed the clean and comfortable apartment, the beautiful view, and the convenient location that is walking distance from some of the world’s best restaurants. Thank you for a lovely visit!

AIRBNB needs a category of Super Super Host to cover Rafaella & Peirina. They proactively made sure we had what we needed including case of pure water before we arrived. When I caught a sinus & throat virus they showed up at our door with some lemon, ginger & tea.. amazing. Their house manual is the best we have seen; much useful area information. The house is well equipped and very clean. The location is also perfect near the malecon and near many restaurants. Nice that they spoke English to cover our weak Spanish. If we return to Lima someday would greatly hope that they have an availability.

Petite maison super agréable et très bien située. Quartier de Miraflores est vraiment très agréable pour séjourner à Lima. Max est un super hôte avec qui la communication est excellente. Hôtesse très professionnel. À recommander sans problème

Definitely a bargain considering the location extremely quiet neighborhood. The boardwalk 4blocks away, restaurants everywhere super cheap and delicious. Walking distance to the Tambo ( similar to 7-11) plenary of travel agencies two blocks away (fabulous 5-day trip to Cuzco/ Machu Picchu all inclusive $800 for 2 adults including airfare).

A bedroom is equipped with a spacious bed adorned with white linens. A striped accent wall adds character, while a chandelier softly illuminates the space. A modern glass-enclosed bathroom is visible in the background, featuring a large shower area.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Excellent location, beautiful and safe neighbourhood, walking distance to supermarket. The host Rina is very friendly. We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, but the kitchen is quite far from the dining table. The bathroom is very small. Note that the flat is on the 3rd floor and requires climbing up the stairs, it won’t be convenient for elderly or disabled. In general, the flat is definitely worth the value we paid. Book this place for the location but don’t book it for the layout or accessibility of the flat.

Tanto el Sr Guido como sus hijas, que son quiénes me atendieron en esta ocasión, son súper amigables y te brindan toda la info necesaria además de responder rápidamente a mis consultas. We absolutely loved Judith and Hernan’s place. It was centrally located in San Isidro and walkable to so many things, but offered incredible privacy. The decor, comfort and spaciousness accommodated my family very much. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked, the rooms were cozy and came along with large smart TVs, and was an artful combination of classic Lima architecture with a modern flair. My favorite part was the back courtyard, where we able to use to both work out and relax. We hope we can stay here again!

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

Sandra fue una buena Anfitriona, nos indico como llegar a la casa desde un principio, nos dio facilidades al escoger las habitaciones y camas dado el numero de habitaciones. Estuvo atenta a nuestras consultas sobre como movilizarnos cerca de la casa y recomendo lugares cercanos. La casa se me entrego con menaje completo, equipos de sonido, parrilla electrica, piscina limpia y sabanas para las camas asi como se muestra en las fotos. Una muy buena estadia !!!

Arnauds home is big and spacious suitable for big families. 4 bedrooms and lots of beds. kitchen was very well equiped. nice pool the kids enjoyed. 10 min walk to the beach. it was a little dificult to find the address, but Arnaud gave me precise directions so i had no problems. comunication with host was execellent. its a quiet place where you go to relax and enjoy summer with family.

Sra. Diana muy amable y Sr. Felipe muy atento siempre estuvo pendiente de todo mi grupo incluso nos fue a comprar algunas cosas que nos faltaron llevar así que mil estrellas por eso 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. ¡Nos hemos sentido como en casa súper cómodos! 🫂✨. La casa es tal cual las fotos, lo único triste fueron las playas de la zona que estaban un poco sucias y no pudimos disfrutarlas.. pero la instadia en la casa ha sido maravillosa volvería a ir definitivamente 🥹🤍

En verdad no venía bien con lugares en que me había quedado pero este es un espacio que lo tiene todo y en buenas condiciones. No te sientes tampoco asfixiado porque aunque es pequeño tiene divisiones de las zonas y un balcón. El internet muy bien y es algo que se sufre en los alojamientos en Perú. Recomendado 100%

The apartment is located in a fantastic area, just a short distance from wonderful restaurants and shops. Monica, the host, was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any needs. She even kindly arranged reliable transportation to and from the airport with a trusted driver, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the apartment was in impeccable condition, very comfortable, and had all the amenities as listed. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful apartment.

Matthias & Dulce sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Alles war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war der Lärm durch die Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus verläuft. Dafür ist die Wohnung aber sehr nah an guten Restaurants und spannenden Ecken von Barranco. Wir würden gerne wieder bei Matthias & Dulce unterkommen.

Diana respondia sempre muito rapidamente, banheiro com água quente ( o que foi difícil no restante do Peru. Mandou um pdf com localizações próximas, quarto e banheiros limpos, fica muito perto do aeroporto.
