Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so we could arrive peacefully, the house was a dream and he even left us a small breakfast. The house is beautiful, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Loved staying at Anna's place - the apartment is on a perfect proximity from the centre while still having the perfect combination of privacy/calmess and good amount of restaurants etc nearby.

Piero was most welcoming and his place is comfortable, clean and very centrally located. Piero was very helpful when we needed it but gave us plenty of space too. The breakfasts were perfect for our needs. Thank you Piero, it was great to meet you!

The stay at Gabriele was very warm and welcoming. He was very friendly and approachable and offered a very nice breakfast to an amazing room, as well as the possibility to leave the bags. We would definetly come back !

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect accommodation with plenty of space, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and the equipment that Ms. Marzia provides is super complete. There is everything for the bathroom, to be able to prepare something hot and quality breakfast products. Considering the quiet location away from noise, just 1 km from the center on foot, and the unique availability of Marzia, it is a must for staying in the Cervia area. Thanks, see you next time.

Guilia is a very kind and helpful host. The communication is quick and easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. You can do a lot directly from the apartment (food, drink, culture) and in about 12 minutes on foot you are in the old town of Bologna. When the windows are closed, it is quiet for sleeping. When the window is open, earplugs are recommended.
