Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Colva

I was hosted by the co-host Yogesh. He was always available for any query and helped us a lot in provoding local contacys, references. The flat is absolutely having everything that someone needs. Its home away from home. Just 10mins distance from Dabolim airport and we found a lot of things to do and see near by. It was a perfect peaceful vacation😊 Thank you very much Yogesh for all your help during our stay. 🙏

The place is very good. Walking distance to the beach and yet away from the crowds. The place was very functional for a family with a kiddo. Clean pool and amazing hosts added to the experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a great experience staying at Snigdha's place, it was very peaceful, all kitchen utensils were available, the place was in the middle of North and South Goa.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the management staff made everything seamless — they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and professional. The property itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The view was stunning and truly completed the whole experience, matching every expectation perfectly. There were a few very minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and had them resolved almost immediately, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

The host was extremely cooperative, even provided us with early check-in, which we definitely appreciate. The only issue we had is power, we faced approx 8-10 hours of power loss in our stay, which the host mentioned it was rare, but such a thing happened. No backup power there

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Aloks place. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a warm, welcoming vibe. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist with any queries and ensuring a smooth experience. Located in a secure gated society, the property offers a range of great amenities, making the stay even more comfortable. The best part? It’s very close to the airport, which was super convenient for my travel plans. Overall, a perfect stay – I would definitely book again!

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

I stayed at Tata Rio for two days and my stay was amazing. I had come to see a family friends ailing dad. my plan's cancelled. The co host Yogesh was very accommodating. He helped me with arranging bike and etched out a two day self tour for me. I was really surprised that I was able to see so many beaches and visit the best of the places for food. Yogesh always responded to my texts and calls immediately. Since I was all alone I felt safe at the appartment and I was able to visit the places he suggested. Over all a very good experience. I entered the house being anxious and overwhelmed but I left with a happy face. I promised Yogesh next time I m gonna well plan my trip & will surely book this place for stay. this is the most peaceful place. loved the gym, pool the greenery & the silence. For a person like me coming from Mumbai staying at the most silent place was heaven. i loved making my mrg tea n coffee. thanks for those tea powder & sugar. i really felt like home. 5* for the Host.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The space was both beautiful and super functional—it had everything we needed. The whole house was clean, air-conditioned, and really well-kept. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made things really convenient. We ended up spending a lot of time in the living room—it was cozy and had a TV, so it became our go-to hangout spot during the trip. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home
