Our neighborhood is near the Duck River and only minutes from Downtown. There's plenty to see and explore from kayaking and hiking to dining and shopping. The studio is on the back of our property with separate parking and boasts plenty of natural light and the most charming patio to relax on.

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
