Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Columbia Falls

We throughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Cantera. It was a great setup for couples, clean, and comfortable. We were close to downtown Whitefish for shops and restaurants, yet also close enough to the mountain to access winter activities either by snow bus across the street or driving. Appreciated having in-house laundry, a garage to keep our vehicle rental, and storage for our gear. Amenities were a plus. Would definitely stay again!

We would rate this a 10 out of 5 stars if it was an option! It was the perfect location for our hikes both inside & outside of Glacier. The condo was spotless and felt very welcoming (and has super cool hallway wall art/wallpaper!). We loved watching the sunrise out the living room window every morning, wrapped in the cozy living room blankets. We play hard during the day and like to stay in at night and cook our own meals. There were no baking dishes or serving bowls but Connie responded right away and told us she would reimburse us for any baking dishes we needed to purchase. We just modified our meals (got too busy exploring the amazing mountains!) but she let us know she would be adding these items. Bed was super comfy, very nice linens, extra pillows & towels too. There were also snacks, water and soda waiting for us when we arrived :) Connie has thought of the little details to make this a great place to stay. We love Glacier and will definitely stay here again next time!

Absolutely loved this AirBNB! The location was phenomenal, being located a perfect, peaceful middle ground from the Whitefish Ski Resort and the restaurants of downtown Whitefish. The layout of the condo was very comfortable and convenient for a socialable gathering. The community hot tub, sauna, and indoor pool made for ideal evening entertainment for the whole family. We also appreciated the well-stocked home with plenty of thoughtful conveniences, and seamless communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a couple in this one-bedroom apartment, and it was fantastic! The location is super convenient, with Smith's supermarket right across the street. The apartment was spotless, very clean and tidy, and it had a lovely artistic vibe that we really enjoyed. Everything was brand new, especially the kitchenware, which was a nice touch. If we come back to this area, we would definitely book this apartment again!

Everything was excellent, exactly as described - very clean. We were here for a ski vacation and the location is perfect to get to the hill - nice coffee shop on the way. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place! It was close to glacier national park and had wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Host was so helpful and friendly as well. This is my second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first! Would highly recommend!

Just what we needed for a last-minute trip on a very busy weekend.

Dans place is right in the middle of downtown Bigfork. Can’t get more convenient than this. Gated parking is easy. The space is super roomy and very comfortable. Had a great time here.

great space!! a/c was a life saver. walkable to restaurants, short drive to glacier and all the outdoor activities. Some confusion on our part but communication was great and we got it solved quickly!!

The place was amazing. Shea is a fabulous host. We loved the town of Columbia Falls and it was only a 40 minute drive to Glacier National Park. We visited Whitefish and Kalispell too. We would definitely come back and stay at the same place. Hopefully the next time it won’t be so rainy.

This unit at Whitefish Mountain Resort was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our recent stay. The kitchen was well equipped, internet was solid, and the master bed was very comfortable. In terms of ski access, upon exiting the back of the building it's a short 100 yard ski down to Lift 3. From there you can take a green run (Home Again) all the way to the base lodge area, or down intermediate slopes that will allow for a bit easier time getting over the the main lifts that get you higher up on the mountain. Generally an A+ location with rentals literally in the same building and Beirstube being a 30 second walk for a great meal and drinks!

Cydney’s apartment was very clean and felt new. Great location to base trips into West glacier from and also be able to walk a few blocks to dinner at night and be back in civilization. The place was well stocked and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Would highly recommend

Great value ski in ski out condo. With the convenience of a full kitchen, washer dryer, hot tub on roof, across from the Stube ski bar. Would stay here again. In fact I have— this is my second time!

Awesome house!! This house was perfect for our friends trip. There is a ton of space, all the rooms felt warm and cozy with the mountain decor. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Slept great! The master suite is incredible. Paid extra for grocery service and our fridge was stocked on our arrival. The entire house is stocked with the necessities from toiletries to laundry and all the cooking needs. The decor in the home has so many unique details. We all loved it. For adventures outside the house we recommend going into Whitefish for nightlife and dinner.

Absolutely beautiful house. The amenities are what sold us on the house. This house was meant for relaxation and it did not disappoint. The location of the house was perfect for hikes and super close to multiple state parks. Mike was an incredible host.

We loved our stay at The RadPad! It was comfortable, clean, modern, cool, with all the necessary ammenities. The clubhouse hottub (hot!) was a nice bonus after a hard day of skiing. Conveniently located in between the Mountain resort and downtown, and walkable to the ski/snow bus across the street. We had a last minute travel interuption (due to the weather our train canceled), and had to quickly rearrange our plans/adjust our timing. I reached out to the hosts in a bit of a panic to see if they could accomodate us. They quickly responded to acknowledge me, and then worked some magic on the backend to make this possible (The best part being the back and forth communication to alleviate some panic and put me at ease). I was impressed with the responsiveness and communication (even throughout our stay) demonstrating an authentic concern for thier guest's experience. It was a wonderful and memorable trip, and we hope to visit again soon !

Traveled to MT with some of my family from ID and stayed at Luke’s place. He was a great host and provided great communication throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and conveniently located near Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Luke’s place again. The house had all the amenities we needed and comfortably fit two families and still had space for more people. Montana was beautiful and we look forward to visiting again during the winter season.

We had an awesome stay at Ashley and Todd's! The home itself is unbeatable - spacious and clean, and the 3.5 baths make it perfect for any group. I will definitely be looking to stay here next time I'm in Whitefish. Location is unbeatable. We were there to ski, but also wanted to spend time in town. This location is perfectly located for both! Ashley and Todd are super communicative and helpful. Another great feature is the huge hot tub and the amenity center. We rented a car and drove to the mountain every day. Free parking was widely available. However - the free shuttle to the mountain is just across the street and runs back and forth all day. The Great Escape is perfectly located for the shuttle because it is only one stop from the mountain so you would have a short ride with few stops in both directions. We debated between The Great Escape or a ski-in ski out on the mountain. We could not be happier with our choice once we arrived and got to know the lay of Whitefish

Took a family group with old and young. We all enjoyed the place. Location is great and the views are amazing. Highly recommended!

Host was great with flexibility for early check in which was helpful for our group after a 15hr drive. Home was exactly as described and met when we were looking for. The communal hot tub was a great time after a full day of skiing. The SNOW bus stop was right across the street which made getting two and from the resort a breeze. Cleanup instructions were significantly easier and "user friendly" compared to other Airbnb's I've visited. Had a great time and will look at booking the same place for next year!
