Note: Dates taken? I have one other boat online-- The Cookie B with beautiful river views. We offer no contact boarding if desired and we understand the need for a clean place to stay. Therefore we go beyond the recommended guidelines concerning sanitation by fogging the entire boat after each guests departure. And for dining, you can cook aboard or enjoy the Lily Pad Cafe, an outdoor covered and heated restaurant on the river, and it is only two miles from the marina.

Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.

This Airbnb is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at we lost power due to a storm that passed through and Caroline the host was super responsive and helpful through the whole process we were able to spend time in Richmond and sight see around Hopewell I would recommend the boathouse restaurant and then the city point boardwalk. I would definitely visit again!!

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

My wife and I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this charming little house in Virginia! It was the perfect getaway—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The home was cozy and comfortable, and within walking distance of a CVS and a few restaurants. Our host James was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We’d absolutely love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

1830's House in Historic Old Towne Petersburg, VA

This was our second time staying at Kim’s property and with good reason. Once again, it was a pleasant stay. The pictures accurately portray the space. It was so nice to arrive and find snacks, water and coffee available. Kim really goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. He is very responsive and proactive. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfy. We enjoyed taking walks along High Street into Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

The spacious bedroom features two neatly made beds with white linens and complementary mustard-colored throws. A dresser with six drawers occupies one wall, while large windows allow natural light to illuminate the room. Colorful artwork adds a touch of vibrancy to the neutral walls.
