This apartment was everything we hoped for. Our stay was a full 4 weeks and everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk. The apartment has so much natural light!! We had the windows open a lot :) When it was too warm, the air conditioner was fantastic. The gents that run the door are so nice, too! The apartment building itself is always clean - always. We used the upstairs deck and grill all the time. The Nápoles neighborhood is great for folks who want a CDMX experience but don't want to say somewhere full of tourists. We shopped at the tianguis every Sunday and loved the fresh food options. Elena and her team were kind enough to bring a desk into the apartment for us! We were working during our stay and they were so kind to accommodate us. If you want an authentic CDMX experience, stay at this apartment :)

This apartment is strategically located for any event at the WTC CDMX There are restaurants of all kinds a few blocks from the apartment. In short, I would rent it again if it were available for any future event I have in the area.

A fantastic place right in the middle of Insurgentes, with lots of great places for coffee and food, and super close to a Metro Bus station. The view from 11th floor is gorgeous. The apartment overall is great and in perfect condition, and a nice cherry on top is incredibly tall ceiling, making it feel extremely spacious. The check-in process was as simple as it can be, and the building security is very friendly and helpful. The building is also very easy to locate by Uber/DiDi drivers.

Perfect spot, highly recommend. Central and easy to walk/uber to most spots in the city. AC was great on hot days & nights. Perfect amenities and doormen all very nice and accommodating. Super responsive host and would stay again in a heartbeat

An excellent option to stay if you are going to an event at the Pepsi center, the area is quiet and the accommodation is impeccable, communication with the host is quite good.

We highly recommend the accommodation, it is a very comfortable apartment, it has everything you need, in addition to being pleasant. We really liked it and felt very comfortable during our stay; we would definitely return :)

My partner and I had a three night stay here and it was really perfect for a weekend trip. Josue was super kind and responsive -- they received my luggage before the official check in time, and then again on my out, they let me store my bag there after check out. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, with no disturbing noises. It has a fast Wi-Fi service. Excellent, cool climate. If you're sensitive to the cold, you'll be comfortable without getting cold, and if you're sensitive to the heat, there's a large fan at your disposal, as well as three windows that not only provide ventilation but also a lot of lighting, which you can do without by lowering the windows. But the plus is that Gonzalo is a host who cares about his guests and is available by WhatsApp at all times, always trying to make sure you have the best stay in his apartment.

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

I really liked the accommodation, as it was in a quiet area, and the apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable. The host who received us was super helpful and we loved how he treated us; I would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment in a very safe and walkable location. Loved that the building was set back away from the street so we could sleep with the windows open at night and not hear the hustle and bustle of the city. Mara is a very accommodating host who provided a ton of local recommendations and was very responsive to our questions. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to CDMX!

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

Grateful to José. Quick and accurate attention with recommendations and instructions. The apartment matches the published images exactly, very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. We recommend it 100%.

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

A comfortable place, a very safe building, very quiet without noise, accessible to transportation, restaurants, museums, etc! Very friendly hosts, good communication and accessible with respect to check-in and check-out times! Highly recommended !!!

Maja was amazing — truly one of the best hosts I’ve had! The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with the added charm of birds visiting the feeder in the early morning. The temperature was great during our stay. Maja went above and beyond — after we left, she found some meds I had forgotten, and sent them over in an Uber. Seriously impressive! Five stars all around!!!

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

We had a great stay here! The place is very affordable and perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, no-frills spot while traveling. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water, which was a huge plus. The small kitchen had all the essentials we needed to prepare simple, healthy meals. There’s a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away with lots of stores and dining options, which was super convenient. Security was friendly and helpful—we felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, practical stay!

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).
