Built in a unique space, surrounded by pine trees, 4 blocks from the river, with the sunrise that accompanies your breakfasts on the deck or living room. Located on the main street, opposite the airport and 200 meters from the highway.

Comfortable, practical and cozy accommodation located steps from the Carmelo Bridge and 1 km from Seré Beach. It has a large garden surrounded by vegetation that makes it unique. It has a grill, earthen oven, and stove. It is an integrated space (loft) with a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom. It has a large living room with a sailor's bed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed linen and towels are included. Private entrance and parking inside the house.
