Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Rizans place at tri zen provides a great stay for short n long periods. It’s well kept and he is always available to assist. Location is great and you have the super market and some good restaurants nearby, just across the road. I would not look around for another place to stay next time while in Cbo.

I have just spent 2 weeks here and it was amazing. To start with each room had AC and a fan !! The bedrooms were perfect with a chest of draw in each. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The kitchen was stocked with - utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, cups. There was a microwave (although we didn’t use it), a hob, and a washing machine. 2 balcony’s, one of them worked really well as a place to dry our clothes (drying rack and pegs provided). There was also washing powder for our clothes as well which was really thoughtful. The pool and gym were also great to have access too as well. During the morning a lot of the pool area is in the shade but at around 12/1pm it’s the perfect location for a sunbathe. During our stay we had communications with the owner Nath, who answered any questions we had and also gave us great recommendations on what to do and see in Sri Lanka. If I’m ever back in Sri Lanka I would definitely stay here again !!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

A spacious and well furnished apartment in a complex with an amazing pool and other facilities. Danukh responded promptly to all our needs and made sure that we were comfortable.

Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Wonderful host. Always in touch. Always going to meet. Checked in earlier, allowed to check out later. All wishes and questions were answered with help. Responded clearly to the inconvenience. The house is big and probably one of the best in the area. It's a pity there was no pool. We enjoyed everything.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

Dinusha is truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful human beings my family has ever met ❤️ She went above and beyond to make my family’s stay comfy and worry-free. My mum and sister still talk about how sweet and welcoming she was as a host, and how spotlessly clean and cozy the place was. Highly recommend! We’ve already made up our mind to choose this Airbnb every time we visit.

Great host, clean place and closer to all Colombo finest attractions. Few things to note/fix for a better experience. Bathroom shower door clashes to the tile AC in the first bedroom leaks heavily and if the collection bucket isn't emptied often it causes a flood

This apartment was a fine place to stay in Colombo, with great views of the city and oval as it is on the 20th floor. Kitchen was handy but could do with a bit of a spring clean. shared pool was a good size and included and kiddy pool. There were all the basics such as plates and cups. But no tea and coffee or sugar. Water was provided in the fridge. Shower was nice and hot and easy to operate.

Had a great few days at On320 apartment. Highly recommend as base to explore Colombo.
