Quiet location with plenty of space. We loved our stay

I spent 22 days in Sudath's place, and I only have good things to say. Sudath and Achala are a wonderful couple. They are passionate artists and the most hospitable and generous folk. It was great just talking to them and visiting their gallery. It was more than just a stay, it was a great experience.

Mustafa was cooperative and polite. And we enjoyed our stay with no hassles.

The place was incredible. Spacious, clean with ocean views. The host responded quickly to any questions. On the roof at the height of the 16th floor, there is an outdoor pool with an amazing landscape. There are no complaints about the apartment or the host, everything is at the highest level. The only disadvantage is the location, as the beach near the apartment is not suitable for swimming and the infrastructure nearby is very poorly developed

This was my first ever Airbnb booking, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We stayed for 7 days, and everything was amazing from start to finish. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our trip. Everyone in our group was super happy. There was a small mess caused by an accident on our part, but Savon handled it really well — calm, understanding, and professional. I’m so glad my first Airbnb stay was this smooth. Highly recommend Savon as a host!

This place is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Walkable distance from all major malls, Galle Face, and Park Street Mews. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

My partner and I enjoyed a 6-week stay at Edward’s elegant central Colombo apartment. The apartment is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring historic Colombo. It’s completely self contained, very private, and tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to create a home away from home - including a generous sized kitchen, linens, laundry and a large dining table (perfect for remote work). Edward lives downstairs and is readily available to help if needed - or equally happy to leave you to your own devices. The apartment is located just a short walk from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the famous Viharamahadevi Park. There’s a pickle ball court just around the corner, at the Austrian Embassy, after which you can cool off in the air conditioned bar at the Cricket Club. We felt completely at home and were left wanting for nothing. We’ve recommended his place to our own family and friends.

This is a home away from home. Staff and the owner were very proactive with communications. Internet was fast and convenient for working remotely. This apartment is world class. Thank you Nadith and your staff for the enjoyable stay for me.

I have stayed multiple time in this apartment during my visits to Sri Lanka. Communicating with the host was very efficient. As I mentioned in my previous reviews, I am very happy with my stay in hope to stay again during my next visit to Sri Lanka.

Staying at this apartment felt like a true home away from home. Moving out of our childhood house was a big transition, but this space made it easier. It was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well-equipped with charming dishes, making even simple meals enjoyable. Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth during their stay.

The place is great for a short stay because of the convenient place. Bit too tidy for 2 people and longer stays.

This is a great place closer to all amenities. It has basic items needed. Like to suggest havesome cleaning detetgent and atleast some cleanimg wipes. will recommend to others visiting Sri Lanka

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Best Apartment in the heart of Colombo. fantastic Colombo city view. luxurious facilities everywhere and everything was clean. swimming pools are great with heated jacuzzi option and so many space to spend the time. Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Noel was an excellent host. Check in was a breeze in spite of our late arrival time. The apartment was fantastic in a great location as well. Noel was able to access us with a late check out as well which was greatly appreciated. We loved this place and highly recommended Noel as a host

Sumudu was always quick to respond to any of our requests, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is very central, with plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby—ideal for anyone wanting to explore Colombo. The apartment features a spacious living room, ample bedrooms, bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop pool and views are absolutely spectacular.

The apartment is centrally located in one of the nicest areas in Colombo. Great shopping, food, amenities, parks all around with very easy access to some of the best malls in Colombo. The suit itself is amazing with two very nice swimming pools, a large fully equipped gym, free access to pool tables and a nice cafe. The apartment itself is clean and felt luxurious. It is one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Benjamin is an excellent host. He was very responsive and even cleared up a small issue which came up due to a severe storm in Cololmbo. The apartment is build very well and was barely affected by the shock weather, so safety standards were clearly very strong.
