Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Ruhiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. Die alte Scheune ist ungefähr 60m² groß und komplett saniert. Sie bietet ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind. Ein Arbeitsplatz ist eingerichtet, TV & WLAN vorhanden. Wir versuchen, unsere Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen, um Fragen zum Haus und der Umgebung direkt zu beantworten. Die Autobahnen A52 und A44 sind in 5, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Entspannen Sie sich auf der großen Terrasse im grünen, oder nehmen Sie im Sommer ein Bad im Pool. In unserer Wohlfühl-Oase werden Sie sich tief verwurzelt fühlen.

Unser gemütlich eingerichtetes Blockhaus ist der ideale Ort um zu relaxen. Umgeben von Bäumen steht es in der Nähe unseres Privathauses. Wir bieten Raum für 2 Personen mit einem Schlaf.- bzw. Wohnraum, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. In den Sommermonaten haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich in unserem Pool abzukühlen.

Das im Erdgeschoss liegende 38 m² große 2 Zimmer Apartment mit seinem separaten Eingang befindet sich in einem 1 ½-stöckigen Einfamilienhaus der Eigentümerin im Kölner Süden. Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Balkon mit einem freien Blick auf den Rhein. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus steht zur Verfügung.
