The house is very spacious and stylishly furnished and has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom upstairs and a large bedroom in the basement with a separate bathroom. Smoking is allowed in the sunroom. There are two terraces, one with a barbecue area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The house has a carport as well as other parking spaces on the street. The train station is within easy reach on foot or by bus.

Living at the gates of Cologne

This is my 3-room apartment just outside Cologne. Very quiet location despite the proximity to the big city. Since I am often abroad for work, I would like to make my apartment available to you for your visit. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything can be used. The washing machine is in the basement. It is exactly 20 minutes to the center of Cologne by car and about 40 minutes by bus and train.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Ein gutes nachbarschaftliches Verhältnis ist mir wichtig, daher bitte ich meine Gäste ebenso meine Nachbarschaft wie ihre eigene zu betrachten und auf Lautstärke Acht zu geben.
