Beachfront vacation rentals in Cologna Spiaggia

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

It was really a great experience. Everything was as in despecription. Comfortable bed and distance from beach 3 minutes. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Safe area and really everything was great. I would reccommend to stay longer than 3 days! Thanks for having us!

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

I booked this apartment for my parents and my little brother, they were more than satisfied, so much so that they are already looking forward to coming back! The apartment is really practical and cozy, not to mention the convenience of having the beach a stone's throw away. Very kind and helpful hosts, I respond quickly and provide all the information in detail; very understanding and flexible even on schedules.

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

We stayed at the Enrico apartments with two families. this is a great place for kids. the sea is very close. cozy courtyard for evenings. comfortable beds and large space in the dining room. the only inconvenience is one bath for all. but we got through it 🤣

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

Superb Tisha and her husband were just great, they are considerate, attentive, helpful, their accommodation is really perfect and beautiful. I recommend it without a second thought, they are lovely people, in addition they bought coffee cakes...... lots of little things for us and our children, so much to say that the attention is really exceptional, they are colorful and great characters.

Great spot close to restaurants and town center. Loved it!
