Apartment vacation rentals in Collingwood

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in apartments designed and hosted by Kali. Kali is very easy to communicate with, clear and simple instructions, flexible, just easy. This apartment is almost like a studio apartment and it doesn't have a TV which was clearly stated in the listing, so we expected it. Nevertheless, It is v comfortable and v well located in Fitzroy. We will come back again next time. Thanks Kali.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We loved our stay in Kane’s trendy apartment in Collingwood. There is heaps of storage in the bedrooms and great access from the garage into the apartment. We had a small dinner party for 6 and there was everything imaginable to host and cook, in fact possibly more than in my home, and I’m the platter queen! The little lush courtyard allowed us to open up for fresh air and we felt safe and secure. Thanks for a great experience Kane!

Fabulous, chic apartment in a very popular part of Melbourne...would definitely rebook. Hosts were great and super quick to respond to any messages. Apartment was perfect and we felt right at home. Thank you Deidre and David.

My family loved our stay at the apartment. Great building in a great location. Walkable to MCG and close to trams. The apartment is very comfy and we’d love to stay again for longer. Our kids enjoyed the piano and even learnt a song each during our visit. Candice is a generous and lovely host, she is very easy to communicate with.

Light and airy, compact, neat apartment on Level 1 of a very low-rise apartment block in the heart of Fitzroy. Great having more space than just a bedroom when staying several days, including a small plant-filled balcony. Big glass windows let in lots of light. Very close to all the vibrancy of inner-city living (so expect a few loud people walking down side streets and some Tram and traffic noise but that's the whole point of staying inner city right?) . Great access to retail shops of all kinds, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, groovy cafes (even welcoming green park spaces not far away). Art's place was a great base for walking everywhere but also Tram-rides just a short walk away. I highly recommend Art's place.

An excellent stay in a fantastic location. We loved our 2 nights at Tam's place. It's surrounded by great eating places, all in walking distance and public transport is at the front door. Tam is an excellent host with helpful tips and great communication. The place is clean, tidy and well appointed. Highly recommended

Best location and awesome apartment. The place was super close to Smith Street and Brunswick street but really quiet. Loved Texas place.

Second time booking here and it was fantastic. Exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, great size and awesome balcony. Melina and Martin are friendly and accommodating hosts, even leaving a few basic necessities in the kitchen cupboards. Clifton Hill is peaceful, quiet and accessible to the city via express train in less than 10 minutes. Everything you need in this great place. Will stay again.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

We had such an amazing week staying at Julie’s beautiful home in Fitzroy. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome, with lots of little goodies and treats waiting for us, such a thoughtful lil touch! Julie was super responsive and accommodating, always quick to help with anything we needed, and even gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. The house was so tidy and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plus, the beds are super comfy and the sound system was great 😊 We had the best time and would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks so much for everything, Julie!

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! I’m so glad this is where I chose to stay x

Beautiful! Sam was extremely helpful in providing instructions for check in, his communication was always clear and response time was immediate. The space was perfect for our two night stay and was actually a lot bigger than what the photos perceived. Perfect location and easy to get transport to and from. Will definitely be staying again!

Such a great location. Close to all the restaurants and shops that Fitzroy has to offer. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the complex was peaceful and loved that it had a heated pool. Chris was super helpful about where to eat and drink and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely go back.

This is a great location and the accomodation is well appointed. The views are spectacular. We are regular visitors to Melbourne and have tried many Airbnb’s over the years - this one has been the best so far. We will book again.

Brian’s place was located at a very convenient place, diagonal to the iconic State Library Victoria and to many food around the area. We love the place and would consider to come back.

I had the most wonderful stay in Daniel’s amazing apartment. It was immaculate, had everything I needed and the view and location was incredible. I cannot wait to come back .

The place was gorgeous, lovely atmosphere however lighting was limited at night time. Easy to find the keys and get inside however took a bit of guessing to find the parking. But overall it was an amazing stay, had everything we needed there and the spa was wonderful. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

We had a great two night stay at Jeff & Melinda’s. They were great communicators, and made us feel very welcome to use their place. The apartment is well located right next to a tram stop and has amazing views of the city. Check in was a little tricky because you can’t park in front of the building to grab the key (google street view is old and you can’t park there anymore as it’s a bike lane, so we parked around the corner and walked to get the key). But otherwise check in was easy enough with the detailed instructions and it was convenient that we could grab the key any time. The place was spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful inclusions. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and spa, which were nicely heated. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in Melbourne!

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.
