Als je ‘s ochtends de luiken openslaat en over de heuvels kijkt, de zon ziet opkomen en ondergaan… heerlijk. Een fantastisch landelijk huis met mogelijkheden om urenlang te eten onder de lampjes. Een wedstrijdje snel zwemmen in het zwembad is er niet bij😉maar functioneert voor de nodige afkoeling. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en in het huis kom je niks te kort. Dank dat we in jullie familie huis op de heuvel mochten verblijven.

Bel rustico immerso nelle verdi colline vicino Urbino. Ideale per visitare la città e i dintorni. Mara è stata estremamente gentile e amichevole. Il posto perfetto anti stress per chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nella pace.

La casa di Stefano è un vero gioiello, pulita e ordinata. Corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, arredata con gusto. La posizione è perfetta nel centro di San Marino. Stefano è molto amichevole ed è pronto a dare consigli sulla zona e indicazioni su come raggiungere l'appartamento. È sicuramente una soluzione da consigliare

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Logement magnifique et confortable perché au sommet d'une colline dans un petit village pittoresque ! Une quiétude totale règne dans le village et aux abords du logement. Giancarlo était réactif et super sympa ! Grâce à ces coups de fils, nous avons retrouver des membres éloignés de notre famille, le choix de ce logement a dépassé nos attentes ! Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Cattolica, ci siamo trovati benissimo La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, e arredata con cura ma soprattutto pulita e ordinata. Alberto è un host gentile e preciso. consigliato come alloggio per trascorrere qualche giorno a cattolica

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend. Wir hatten das Glück den Garten und den Pool für uns alleine zu haben, fantastisch. Alles wie beschrieben, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Fabiola!

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

La casa è perfetta per un soggiorno a Rimini. Si trova in pieno centro, comoda per visitare la città a piedi e vicina anche al mare. L’appartamento è pulito, curato e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Il host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questa casa a chi cerca comfort, posizione centrale e un’accoglienza calorosa.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir sind rundum begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit so viel Herzlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein echter Wohlfühlort: liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage, der Strand war schnell zu erreichen und auch ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch wenn wir nicht in der Saison Zeit da waren. Auch ein Parkplatz haben wir immer schnell gefunden. Vielen Dank es war wirklich sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder☺️

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
