L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien agencé et décoré avec goût et modernité. Philippe a eu à cœur que notre séjour soit le plus confortable possible et était très disponible. Si nous avions pu, nous aurions prolongé notre séjour.

Le chalet de la mer est très cosy, très agréable et bien équipée Le jardin et la terrasse sont vraiment un plus nous avons passés un très bon week-end entre filles

Christopher, Thank you for all your kindnesses toward us. The roses & peonies were a great surprise, even though we did not experience any inconvenience from the front door hiccup. Your sterling character as a host showed through just as the beach light reflected off the antique silver objects around the salon. The turret bed was very spacious and comfortable as the linen bedcovers were a treat! The nearby fish market and shops were very convenient and your well furnished kitchen allowed for some great cuisine to dine-in. You did a wonderful preservation project on the installation of the new windows, that truly showcased the villa and the incredible beachside location. We were able to relax and enjoy the happy sounds of the children and families. Trouville is a wonderful place that we hope - someday - we are able to return with our grandchildren and children! Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. If you're looking for a comfortable, immaculately clean, and truly welcoming place to stay, look no further. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sophie’s place to anyone. Agréable séjour au calme. Logement impeccable et spacieux. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et à l'écoute. L'espace piscine est incroyable à l abris du vent malgré des températures moyennes. Une sorte de micro climat s'oppere en ce lieu. je recommande

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

A lovely home, well stocked and a great location. Delphine was quick to respond and came straight over to fix some minor issues. We really enjoyed our stay!

A fantastic base for a Normandy adventure. It’s situated on a quiet lane on the edge of town neighbouring some picturesque older properties [this did however mean a 20 minute walk to the shops] The property itself appeared to be a newish build with the usual amenities and was adequate for our needs [we took and used our own kettle] a nice touch was the shutters on all windows and doors rendering it both secure and with the ability to block out daylight when inside if needed. We squeezed our VW Transporter onto the driveway no problem. We would definitely consider staying again

Logement confortable avec une vue mer très agréable, nous avons passé un petit séjour très sympathique avec tout à disposition à pieds aux alentours, boulangerie, poissonnerie, restaurants etc.... Nous reviendrons sûrement ☺️

The place was in an ideal base for the D-Day celebrations for us just 3 minutes walk from the beach. There was a nice restaurant at the end of the street too. Although, we did not find any others or shops in the local area. Some local information for such would help. We found the comfortable but, the pillows lumpy. There is everything in the kitchen required but, the bottle opener was broken but, this was not an issue.

This place is perfect stay, when you want to visit sword beach, and just have peacefull holiday, near the Normandy coast, she was really nice and helpful and responded in few minutes 🙏 thank you for this place to stay

Es war alles perfekt und von Florence perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank dafür :-) Die Kommunikation verlief völlig unproblematisch. Ich möchte 2 Kleinigkeiten anmerken, die aber nicht zum Sterneabzug führen, weil ich mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt habe und gerne länger geblieben wäre. Ich habe keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für die Kleider gefunden. Ich fand es auch schade, dass ich nicht auf dem Parkplatz der Residenz parken konnte. Ich hatte verstanden, ein privater Parkplatz stehe zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für das Willkommensgeschenk!! Ich habe den leckeren Cidre abends auf der herrlichen Terasse genossen :-)

After driving from Norway, we were thrilled to arrive at Laura's place in Bernières-sur-Mer, a perfect base for exploring Normandy. Laura's communication was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment was spotless. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds. The practical details were spot-on. There's private parking behind a small gate, eliminating any street parking worries. A large Intermarché is conveniently next door for French goodies, and an EV charging station is right by the house (the closest Supercharger is in Caen, about 20 minutes away). Perhaps the most charming surprise was the neighborhood itself. Bernières-sur-Mer has that magical small-town French atmosphere where evening strolls turn into impromptu greeting sessions with locals calling "Bonsoir!". And when night falls? It's blissfully quiet. Whether you're planning D-Day beach visits, or simply soaking up authentic, Norman life, Laura's place it the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
