Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Colina, Ciudad Lineal

Ainhoa is a great and thoughtful host. We were able to negotiate the arrival and departure times without any problems! Her co-host was waiting for us to take us to the apartment door. Everything is very comfortable, it is a ground floor apartment, therefore very accessible and super close to the subway. In addition, it was tastefully decorated. It's small but cozy, like at home. If we had any questions, they answered quickly and both were available at all times to help us with anything. The truth is that in general it's very good, the only downside... maybe it's a small window that doesn't have a blind. If you're going to spend a long weekend, it's great. You have a couple of shopping centers, one smaller one 3 minutes away and the other about 15, but it's not a problem. In short, it was worth it, if we return we will surely stay here again. A pleasure.

No surprises. As I expected, ... and for what I have returned, this time for more days. Absolutely recommended, whether for work or pleasure, an apartment with everything you need to feel at home. I hope to return soon.

The location of the property was wonderful. 15-20 minutes from the airport, many restaurants, shopping, and parks nearby. Amenities- above and beyond. So appreciative of the goodies and bottle of wine waiting at our disposal! Gloria was a fantastic host- proactive with instructions and quickly responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and well-equipped. Tony provided clear instructions and was punctual for check-in. Overall, it was excellent in terms of price, location, and amenities. It also had relatively easy access to the metro and bus lines.

This is an unbelievable apartment in a brilliant neighbourhood. The balcony is amazing with a great view of Casa de Campo, sunsets and the swifts flying between the buildings. It’s a little expensive, but it’s well worth it

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect host and nice place plus quiet and comfortable house.

We were surprised by the location of the home, its was next to a cafe and felt like it was once one! We were greeted by a friend of the host, and everything was explained to us very nicely. The place was well equipped,clean and comfortable for 6 of us. It is located near public transport, and amazing supermarkets selling great fruits nearby! We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Great apartment right opposite Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Could do with salt and paper and oil etc but everything else was there. Great spot to explore Madrid from

I recommend this apartment for its location, comfortable, in a very quiet place and just 100 meters from La Gran Vía, the host Nuria is very kind.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long-term stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!
