Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. Pizza Oven, Wood heater, and Heat Pump, 2QS beds, 4 bunk beds, 2 TV's, 2 lounge rooms, 3 decks for morning and afternoon sun. We have provided a luxurious selection of either memory foam or bamboo pillows. Beach a 5 minute walk away, Coles Bay 5 Km away. Dogs are very welcome. A secluded retreat surrounded by the Freycinet National Park. At the gateway to the Wineglass Bay walks, the beachhouse at the Fisheries is directly under the Hazards mountains. Surrounded by biodiversity and rare species, and a short walk to the private Parsons Cove beach. Native wallabies and echidnas roam the garden. Relax with a book on one of the two decks in the treetops or watch the birds. Perfect for couples or families. Children love exploring the garden and surrounds.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
