Definitely stay at Nadiia’s place. From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Super clean, has everything you need and more. The video to help assist with directions was perfect. Very close to the Super U grocery store and great restaurants. Super quiet area. We loved the outdoor kitchen/porch. Drying rack came in handy for the beach towels etc. We won’t even think twice of where to stay when we go back to St. Martin. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

Nouveau un Paradis sur la plage — 5 stars! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The beachfront deck absolutely steals the show — it made it nearly impossible to start our day because we were too busy soaking in the view and the peace of the moment. Marie, our host, was fantastic. Thoughtful, responsive, and had everything laid out in a guest book, from must-see spots to local tips. The condo was tastefully decorated and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. it was equipped with all the essentials — and even extras for the beach, which was a really nice touch. You’ll definitely want a car if you're planning to explore, but there’s great food and a convenient little grocery store just a short walk away. Truly a slice of paradise. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was truly the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel the world! We were hoping it would be as beautiful as it looked in the photos, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The space is open, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It really has everything you could need, from a brand-new BBQ grill to every kitchen supply imaginable. The bathroom fixtures are high-end and beautifully done, reflecting the overall quality and care put into the home. The ocean view is simply stunning. Waking up to that every day was a dream. The housekeepers were incredibly friendly and even set up a beach chair and umbrella for us daily, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be back—and highly recommend this incredible spot to anyone considering a stay in Sandy Ground!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Daniel à Saint-Martin ! Tout était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L’endroit est calme, bien situé, et idéal pour profiter de l’île. Daniel a été un hôte au top : très réactif, disponible et attentif à chaque détail pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Well appointed, clean and tidy space perfect for relaxation. The beach was a quick walk away and the pools were a nice addition. There weren’t many food options nearby, so if you’re planning to stay without a rental car, you might want to rethink that plan. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and their restaurant was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this space.

Loblolly was in a great location and very convenient to the Beach and all of the Restaurants. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. The patio is steps from the pool and is so nice for an afternoon / evening beverage. Contact with the owners was prompt and they answered all our questions.

Property exceeded my expectations. Even better in person than the pics. The location was ideal and perfect for the 6 of us. We were so comfortable in the condo. Very spacious, well appointed and super walkable. Enzo was a gem. Very responsive and super proactive with recommendations. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this rental. Will definitely return.

El apartamento muy cómodo, todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía larga o corta. La vista desde la terraza es espectacular pero llevar repelente para los mosquitos. Tener en cuenta que el apartamento está ubicado en la altura por lo que subir en el auto no digo que sea difícil pero tampoco fácil y ver el cartel que dice “3” que es una entrada a la izquierda en la subida. Solo resta disfrutar de las playas de la isla

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

Très bel appartement sécurisé, équipement complet et très propre. Décoré et meublé avec goût. Toutes les pièces climatisées. Directement sur le lagon, face au coucher du soleil. Service de marché et pharmacie à deux pas. A 15 min. à pied de la gare d'autobus. Accès à Marigot, marina et fort St-Louis à pied. Laveuse à linge et lave-vaisselle neufs, comme le reste, très pratiques ! Situé sur deux étages au haut de l'immeuble. 2 1/2 salles de bain, idéal pour un groupe d'amis! Arrivée et départ faciles! Hôte très réactif ! Nous avons tout aimé !

Ludmila & Tim’s place is the most beautiful Airbnb that I’ve ever been to. We felt right at home and beyond comfortable in this spacious apartment. The place was spotless, and every single appliance was clean. We loved and appreciated the washer and dryer the most, along with the air conditioning. This place is everything and more, and we will definitely recommend and return on our next trip. It was beyond a great stay with spectacular views, and it well exceeded our expectations. This airbnb is in a prime location and you also have your own special parking area. Ludmila is also by far, the most reliable Airbnb host I've ever dealt with who went more than above and beyond. She responds very fast and was very understanding. Our flight came in earlier, and she was able to accommodate us for a few hours before our apartment was ready, we really appreciated it.

Erg schoon. Veilige plek achter poort. Parkeerplaats. Leuke plek om te verblijven. Prima voor alleen reizen. Let op, je moet een trap op en zwembad is 100 meter verder. Ik vind het voor herhaling vatbaar. Communicatie met host prima. Aanrader!

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

We had a lovely and relaxing time staying at Randy and Yvan's home. As hosts, they are so kind and friendly, and their dogs are sweethearts too. Their place is gorgeously decorated, including the lush garden area, and it's walking distance to Maho beach and many surrounding restaurants. But the best part of all had to be the STUNNING view from their pool that overlooks the sea. It is truly one of the most breathtaking views I have seen at an airbnb!
