The Courtyard in Brighton Sussex has its own private entrance, and consists of a beautiful & newly decorated double bedroom with a stylish ensuite. There are glazed patio doors leading from the bedroom outside to a private terrace with a large seating area in the sunshine. We are 15 mins by car to the city centre & beach with a regular bus service directly outside & only 5 mins from Preston Park train station. Please note The Courtyard is not suitable for children under 12 & no pets please.

Situated in a leafy suburb, private off street parking, guests sleep soundly in a king-size bed and/or sofa bed, full kitchen inc. dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electrical hob and oven, separate enclosed bathroom and shower, and large TV with Sky WiFi, an outdoor seating area, and underfloor heating. Frequent bus service is a 30 secs walk away. Prices include all fees, no hidden extras.

The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

Chill, work, or use it as a base for exploring Brighton and the Downs. Our garden is natural and we are mostly an organic home. We can share about local organic food and markets. We are also close to some lovely walks, and 3 buses stop outside the main house for a 30-minute trip into the centre of town

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.
