Perfectly situated for the Universities and Amex Stadium this is a quiet residential street within the popular Roundhill Conservation Area.

Double room in quiet residential area backing on to the Downs. About 2 miles from the city centre on #49 bus route, bus stop 100 metres. Free off road parking. Walking distance of Uni Brighton Moulsecoomb campus (15-20 mins); UoB Falmer & Uni Sussex campus (35-40 mins). Meals not provided - guests have full use of kitchen to prepare/eat meals & hot drinks. Space in the fridge available. There's a local shop 0.5 mi selling a small selection of food. Aldi, nearest supermarket, is 1 mile away.

Perfectly situated with easy access to the town centre, the beach, the South Downs national park, the Royal Sussex hospital and East Brighton golf club. The bus goes from the bottom of our road to the Seven Sisters white cliffs. The bars, cafes, shops and restaurants of Brighton Marina are close by, the town centre is a 20 minute stroll along the beach. Ubers are readily available and buses run frequently day and night. Meter parking on our road.

We will greet all guests personally (if we can) but also have a key lock facility. Inside you will find clean living area with kitchenette, TV and seperate bathroom with large walk in shower. 10 minute walk to Brighton and Sussex Universities and amazing walks and bus stop within 2 minutes from house.

Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city.
