Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Close to many activities and amenities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, trail running, mountain biking, all-terrain scootering, via ferrata, summer tobogganing, tubing, archery, biathlon. You will also find a ski school, equipment rental, snack bar and restaurant.

This studio, equipped for 2 adults and 2 children, offers the possibility of a relaxing stay, combining views of the great outdoors and hiking in all 4 seasons. The practice of all sports in close contact with nature... skiing, snowshoeing, musher sledding, biathlon in the winter; mountain biking, climbing, caving, river swimming, canoeing, and mushroom picking in the other 3 seasons, and the Transhumance festival in June. Possible connection with professionals.

Apartment located in a green setting

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Located at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails. Many outdoor activities are possible (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, 4-season sledding, via ferrata...). PLEASE NOTE: plan to do some shopping before coming as there are no food stores in the resort.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
