Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The practice of all sports in close contact with nature... skiing, snowshoeing, musher sledding, biathlon in the winter; mountain biking, climbing, caving, river swimming, canoeing, and mushroom picking in the other 3 seasons, and the Transhumance festival in June. Studio located at the foot of the ski slopes in the heart of nature in the Vercors with a beautiful orientation and view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to many activities and amenities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, trail running, mountain biking, all-terrain scootering, via ferrata, summer tobogganing, tubing, archery, biathlon. You will also find a ski school, equipment rental, snack bar and restaurant.

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Located at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking departures. Many outdoor activities are possible (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, tobogganing 4 seasons, via ferrata...). ATTENTION: plan to do some shopping before coming because there are no food shops in the resort.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
