mountain house fully vaulted cool summer hot in winter. ideally placed for mountain lovers classic mountain habitat the windows are small but compensated by bay window which gives a nice light inside especially in winter the sun goes to the bottom house in summer the house remains very fresh small creek at 500 m direct access to hiking on mountain bike the village is 2.5 km away quiet area not overlooked prefectural ranking 2 stars

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a upscale service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Come and cut yourself off from the world in this carefully renovated old sheepfold. Located in a valley next to one of the most beautiful villages in France, you will have to go up a track to discover this little wonder hidden in the forest… Two very nice cats live on site, they come and go as they please in the house, they help regulate rodents.

Charming cottage: "La grange au Lac Azur"

Charming 45 m2 cottage being renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
