This family accommodation located in the "Les Marmottes" residence is close to all amenities (ski club, ski pass, bakery, restaurants, convenience store, etc.). Facing south with a terrace that is sunny all day. The apartment is on the first floor, it is very warm and cozy for a pleasant stay, it is fully equipped (kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, bathroom with washing machine, bunk bed, sofa bed 160 and a ski locker. Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!
