Hotel vacation rentals in Coimbra District

Even better than pictured! Beautiful views, tasteful decor, and a great surprise of a whole lounge area in the room. This is where I worked remotely during the afternoons and the WiFi was fast enough for my video calls. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The walkability to the botanical garden and town was excellent, or if raining, an easy €2 Uber. Some things to consider are that the tub/shower could be challenging to get out of since the door is located at the sloping end of the tub. Also, if there is a big storm during your stay, you’ll want to bring earplugs as the historic French doors will clang loudly in heavy winds.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Quinta da Cerca und es fühlte sich an als würden wir nach Hause kommen. Die Begrüßung durch Dardo und Bie war sehr herzlich. Die beiden sind einfach wunderbare Gastgeber und Köche! Der Pool und die anliegende Poolbar laden bis tief in die Nacht zum verweilen ein. Das Miteinander zwischen den verschiedenen Gästen ist unkompliziert und herzlich! Mitten in der Natur findet man hier Zeit zum runterkommen und genießen, des weiteren gibt es sehr schön gelegene Wanderwege rund um die Quinta da Cerca die auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert sind! In den umliegenden (sehr schönen) Orten findet man auch einige Weingüter, die zu einem kleinen Ausflug einladen. Zusammengefasst hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort und danken Dardo und Bie, dass Sie uns wieder so herzlich aufgenommen haben!

We had a very wonderful stay! Isabel and Ema were very kind and more than helpful. We had nice conversations. The 'breakfastman' was friendly. The room very comfortable and the former studenthouse a piece of history. We could walk to the old city and university.

Ótima localização e tudo em excelentes condições. Anfitrião muito flexível, atencioso e disponível. Adorámos a nossa estadia e recomendamos.

오래된 듯한 건물이었고 미리 안내 받은 대로 살짝 소음은 있었지만 불편하진 않았어요. 테라스에서 포장해온 음식 먹을 수 있었고 아침식사도 먹었어요. 아침은 화려하진 않지만 하나하나 다 맛있었어요. 엘리베이터가 없어 짐이 많으시면 불편할 수 있지만 나름의 분위기가 있는 아늑한 숙소였어요. 건너편에는 어린이집도 있고 동네가 조용하고 좋아요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다!

Fiyat performans açısından çok başarılı bulduk, keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Sahile çok yakın olması ve yürüyüş yapmaya çok elverişli yerlere yakın olması da avantajlarından, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Schöne, moderne und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft. Die ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dorf fanden wir sehr erholsam, tolle Strände und der Ort Praia de Mira sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

A quinta é maravilhosa e tem tudo o que precisamos. a cozinha comunitária é um extra espectacular e super bem equipada e sempre limpa. mas para mim o melhor de tudo é o staff. Fomos recebidos de braços abertos com um sorriso imenso por pessoas que sabem o significado de "receber bem" e extremamente bons profissionais. Um grande bem hajam e um grande abraço de todos nós. Espero que tenhamos a possibilidade de nos voltar a ver.

Geweldig mooie plek!

Leonardo foi super atencioso. O espaço é limpo e organizado. A localização é difícil e as informações nas observações não ajudam a encontrar o local, a estrada de acesso é muito difícil, pois há muito buracos e pedras, se o carro estiver muito carregado ou o carro é baixo, não consegue chegar até o local e a estrada tem passagem para apenas um veículo por vez, se tiver um carro vindo em mão contrária terá de fazer marcha atrás e é quase impossível a manobra. Fora esse detalhe tudo é perfeito. Obrigado

Com toda a certeza retornaremos para se hospedar numa outra oportunidade. Equipa muito prestativa e disponível. o Pequeno Almoço é cobrado a parte por 8€ e vale super a pena. Minha família e eu aproveitamos muito. Gratidão por nos receber!

Had a wonderful 4-day stay. Linda was friendly and helpful but also respectful of my private space. She lent me maps and field guides and provided an abundance of information on local and regional activities relevant to my interests. The house and my room (Tara) was bright, comfortable and delightfully decorated with an abundance of Linda’s unique nature themed art. The forest was visible right outside my window and veranda and a babbling brook flowed just beyond her beautiful garden below. The small village of Luso was a 15-minute walk up the mountain where I found plenty of restaurants, shops, a lovely park and lake and mineral-fed community fountain (the water is divine!). The famous Bussaco National Forest was easily accessed another 10-15 minutes walk further up the hill. This was just the quiet art-nature retreat I needed after several weeks in the hustle and bustle of Lisbon and Coimbra. I highly recommend Quinta de Azul and will definitely come again!

Linda’s place felt like home. It was as quiet and cozy. She and her dear cat were good company when we wanted to chat, yet we also enjoyed our privacy. She shared a map of the Luso-Bussaco National Forest along with some insider tips about enjoying our hike there!

Very nice and cozy place, well advertised. The bed was so comfortable, we had a restful night. We had a very late check in, but the host was very responsive and the check in went smoothly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot!

Wat een heerlijke plek om even bij te komen. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben een heerlijke avond gehad. Gezwommen en gerelaxt. Het ontbijt de volgende morgen was super. Zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker allemaal. Complimenten voor de gastvrijheid, een plek die we zeker aanraden👌🏼

Habitación muy bonita, muy buena calidad-precio. Por poner alguna pega, se echa en falta un ascensor para subir las maletas. Desayuno normal.

A Hanna, seu esposo e o staff é uma Pessoa impecável! Há muitos anos viajo e nunca me senti tão em casa. Para quem viaja com cães é uma ótima opção, os caes podem usufruir de tudo com os hóspedes e há seguranca em toda volta! Piscina é linda assim como a jacuzzi. Tudo muito limpo e muito parecido com um hotel de luxo. Café da manhã impecável e ainda temos PS5 para jogar. Tem também sauna e um espaço de lazer. Há um bar também com preços acessíveis. Os quartos e banheiros são muito confortável. A zona é calma e tem um mercado a 2 minutos a pé assim como um restaurante em que recomendo o “hamburguer Sei lá hamburguer da casa” há 5 minutos de carro há uma praia fluvial para passear com a familia. Atendimento da Hanna impecável, parece da nossa familia! O espaço é todo cuidado como uma casa de boneca. Voltarei sempre e recomendo mil vezes
