Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cognocoli-Monticchi

Well located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside hikes, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher up, not opposite the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So a great vacation in May where life is good in Corsica!

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise this is the ideal accommodation, the very comfortable bed, the private pool and no vis-à-vis to cool off, the equipped kitchen and the animals that visit us, what could be better? Sylvie and Claude were very welcoming and invaluable kindness, it was a great meeting. We'll be happy to go back.

Mary's accommodation is beautifully located and has fantastic mountain and sea views from the spacious terrace. The accommodation is very quiet, yet it is very easy to access to explore the area both by the sea and in the mountains. Mary is very helpful and friendly, a super hostess. She was always available to us and we felt very comfortable at the place.

We had a lovely stay in Corsica thanks to Severine! The accommodation is clean, nice, and has a very nice terrace. Severine gave us good tips for activities. We can't wait to come back to Corsica!

Idyllic location close to a beautiful beach, very functional accommodation, very clean, quiet, tastefully furnished, not overlooked, extremely pleasant communication with the owner, in short, perfect!

A typical, charming village house perched high above the emerald green Lac de Tolla. The view of the lake from each of the three rooms facing the water is simply breathtaking! Even from the bed you can watch the full moon – an unforgettable experience. The successful mixture of modern and antique furnishings gives the house a very special charm. The boat rental at the lake is very friendly, and in general the people in the village (about 120 inhabitants) are exceptionally warm. It seems as if everyone knows everyone here – in the evening you meet at the fountain, drink a glass of wine together and enjoy the peace. A big thank you to Bruno and his daughter for their kindness and hospitality. If you are looking for a change of scenery, calm and want to recharge your batteries; I highly recommend this accommodation with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. When you wake up, you can enjoy this view from the bed and it's just beautiful. Two special mentions: the first, the jacuzzi which, by day, offers a magnificent view especially at sunset and at night where you are literally head in the stars. The second, the delicious breakfast (which I already miss) brioche and homemade bread, excellent homemade jams and Bruno who recommends all the little corners of Corsica to discover).

Everything was perfect in this apartment with its exceptional terrace and views of the harbor! Ideal location for hiking and relaxing on the many beaches in the afternoon in Proriano and the surrounding area, including the splendid Cupabia in a bay in Porto Polo, as well as many others.

Beautiful accommodation, welcoming, great location, splendid view of the port. I recommend it. The only downside: the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people.

The place itself is wonderful and reasonably priced, and communication with the host was smooth at first. But for some reason, she decided to pick a fight at the very end of our stay about a trivial misunderstanding (about the exact place to leave the garbage bags) that she could've avoided by providing actual instructions in the house rules (there weren't any). That left a bad aftertaste.

We had a pleasant stay at Stephanie and Benoist's. The accommodation is nicely decorated, functional and very well-equipped. The terrace has a beautiful view of Cupabia Beach. Quiet and relaxing residence. Very nice bread delivery every morning at the reception. 2 restaurants 5 minutes' walk away and for other shops go down to Porto Pollo (minimarkets, bakery, butcher...) We recommend Stéphanie and Benoît's apartment.

Very nice impression upon entering the apartment. I enjoyed the comfort, the calm, the garden and the terrace. The swallows that enliven the tranquility of the place and who gave us their most beautiful ballet 😃 The relationship with the owner who was very attentive to all my requests. I'll be back

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is great: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available on arrival. A real plus that does not clutter suitcases (bedding, towels, shower gels, blanket etc. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack She is always available and has very good recommendations. We stopped for one night at Gilles' and were hosted very well. Gilles is an available, attentive host who wants to do well. The studio is as described and well arranged. Perfect for spending a few days around Ajaccio.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall, a really nice vacation in a great place to stay. We would come back anytime!
